Could just be me holding the bar higher than most places, but as for my last visit to this chipotle, seems to be going downhill as the franchise expands...If they are going to grow they shouldn't compromise on taste bc if this was a yr or 2 ago it would be 4 or 5 *s..
No avacado for Veggie bowl. I said upfront that I will be ordering 4 Veggie items (bowl and burrito), they didn't say avacado is out of stock, until after filling up rest of the food items. A label somewhere in the store is not an excuse.
Terrible customer service. Employees competing with each other playing with food and dropped some. Then charged for 2 burritos instead of one. Will not go back to this location. Customer service really need some improvement.
I Love Chipotle!!! However, this is one of the worst staffed locations I have ever been to. They are very slow and rude. The manager is great though, he really hustles and cares about the customers....the rest of the staff could care less.
Terrible service. Slow and rude server made me wait forever to get my bowl. How do you take an eternity just scooping stuff into a bowl? On top of that I got skimped big time. My bowl is literally half empty. 3/4 of my bowl is sour cream. I’m literally eating a sour cream bowl right now. Terrible. Will not be returning if I see that employee working the line ever again.
Joelyn Pérez and Marifer Blas are the most hard working workers! They always greet with smiles and share laughs with customers. Joelyn assures the lobby is clean and welcoming, and Marifer serves the food with such love! They deserve a raise.

Unfriendly staff, rude to customers and teach other. Dirty countertops and unfresh food. Unprepared for customers. I totally understand a shortage of product (lid for bowls) rubbing aluminum foil on the dirty counter and then wanting to put it on top of my bowl is absolutely disgusting!? When I ask for a fresh piece roll your eyes at me like you're a 12 year old Not acceptable. Food all over check out area. Cook had earbuds in couldn't hear requests for more meat. Don't get me started on the fact that they had no hairnets.?. This is the 3rd time I've had inadequate service at this location I doubt that I will visit here again. Extremely sad as I used to use this location as my favorite.
