I grabbed a large fry for my kids to share and at the bottom I find someone's used gloves. I call and ask to speak to the manager and she offers to replace the Fries. I told her I really didn't want anything from this location and it wasn't about the replacement. She insist on giving me a replacement. So I told her, if I can't get my money back or a credit to use at another location, it's okay. Just to speak with the people in the back and let them know how that this isn't okay. She proceeds to tell me that she's sorry that I don't understand human error. So with that being said, I will be calling corporate. As a manager in an industry that deals with food grade product and a goal of being contamination free, this human error would be considered careless and unacceptable. Very disappointed, this is the worst service/food I have ever received from Chick-fil-A. And they apparently need to get the manager more training.
They act like they can’t afford to give you more than one sauce or fill up your fries all the way despite the fact that an 8 count nugget meal is now almost $10.I’ve encountered a lot of rude employees, catching attitude over the drive-thru speaker or in the window.Food often is cold. Sauces are often wrong or, like I said, given none or one.They just increased their prices $0.40 but have only decreased in customer service skills and food quality.
The drive through was fast but employees are not trained properly. I got the app and held it up before paying and the cashier ran my card then told me I needed to get the rewards before paying. Now he telling me to email for reward points. Like how dumb is that? Anyways, meal was cooked properly and tastes good.
Chick fil a is probably my favorite fast food establishment. The chicken sandwich actually tastes freshly made and the fries are delicious. They have a wide range of sauces and seasonings. The food is affordable and they have a generous reward program for loyal customers.5/5 stars.
Tried the Cobb salad for the first time & it was really good with the avocado lime ranch dressing. I also tried the cool wrap last week which was good … but had way too much lettuce and not nearly enough chicken. For the price of the wrap you should get more than just lettuce!
Never been to a Chick-fil-A where employees were not courteous. Orders are brought to your table as usual, however, no is this order for so & so? Just grabbed the cone that states is ours and puts the food down and goes about her way. I’m sorry 1st time here and I will not be returning. This whole establishment needs training on courtesies!
This location is super convenient as it is right off the highway and at an intersection, so you don’t need to make a u-turn to get in. The food at any CFA is always great just like the staff. This location, however, DOES NOT do curbside and the drive thur is always long! ?
People take forever to get the food ready. My orders are always wrong; it does not matter how many times I have to repeat myself. Always stingy with the sauce when the order is big and whenever I order nuggets, if I ask for 6, I get 4. Either hire some competent workers or just close this location already.
Nothing like watching staff hang out and chit chat with staff while waiting on an order placed 15 minutes prior to arriving to the store. Every time I’ve visited this location the service has been poor and the employees lackluster. This is surprising considering the high standard Chick-fil-a claims to hold themselves to.
They closed early BEFORE the time they had listed, and were disrespectful to their customers who were ALREADY waiting in line.
