Every time I've been here for lunch(130-2pm) the line has been wrapped around the building and moving so slowly. They try to speed things up with employees taking customers' orders in 2 lines 1/2 around the building but the real slow down is at the window. 15-20 minutes to order and pickup food at almost 2pm is not helpful when you add in the 10 minute drive there and back to work. Food is good though. Would be nice to have been offered sauce for my sandwich though. The only reason I put up with it is because the food is usually better than the other options nearby.
We were traveling and had been in the car for hours and stopped to have a quick bite at a restaurant the kids enjoy and stretch our legs. We ordered and most of the items we wanted they told us were sold out. We finally sat down to wait for our food when the manager came out to serve us. He told us they were closing the dining room and we needed to leave within the next ten minutes. We were so disappointed to be treated so inhospitable. We didn’t see that they were closing and we came in at least 5 min before that time. This is not the chick fil a way.
I suggest going to the actual restaurant to get your correct order. I usually get delivery, and everything was fine up until a week ago. I order daily from here and in the past week, something with my order is wrong. Two days in a row I didn't get my drink. I order 4 cookie parfaits with my order, order came but no parfaits. Come to find out, they forgot to give the bag with the parfaits to the delivery person. I can keep going but I'm just going to stop.
I hold Chick-fil-a to a higher standard than most other fast food restaurants. This location is normally pretty good but they can be careless or inconsistent from time to time. I typically get coffee in the morning and they will mix the creamer and sugar in for me, but some times they just throw it in the bag or not give me anything at all. Something as simple as French vanilla creamer and sugar instead they will give me Splenda and regular creamer. Several times I have visited and requested a sausage burrito and got chicken. But when your moving as fast as they are sometimes we have to deal with these different outcomes. Speed isn’t always the best business solution.
Manny the manager went above and beyond for me this morning!!! Him and his team are truly what chick fil a service is!!
This location is pretty great with how often I visit. However, don't try and be in a rush cause it's busy almost always. I've been trapped in the parking lot more than once due to the layout mixed with impatient people. Parking is extra limited so it might be easier to park next door where the arena tavern was and walk over if you plan to carry out in a hurry. I have gotten my order wrong a few times despite the receipt being correct. If I have time to get it fixed they have done it, but you don't always have the time to check behind them before needing to be out. I have app grievances too, but I won't hold any of that against them.
I’ve never been so disappointed with chick fil a. To begin with i felt rushed st the drive thru line just to place my order like the employee was so ready to go. Was most definitely giving McDonald’s customer service not chick fil. My order was wrong, i asked for grilled nuggets and they gave me fried, i did t realize until i had already pulled onto the hwy. my sandwich was given to me in a wilted box,l and clearly wasn’t checked for any quality control, i attached photos to show. Not leaving this review for a free meal just really wanted great service and a good meal… the box was so wilted that little pieces of the cardboard got onto the actual sandwich if you can’t tell already. Really wasn’t such a pleasure ….
The Chick-fil-A app is where it is at! We ordered ahead, went to the head of the line at the counter, then sitting and eating in 2-3 minutes from walking in the door!Very efficient and friendly as you would expect at any Chick-fil-A, great food, and a clean restaurant.
Overall it was a very clean restaurant with unfortunately sub-par service. However, and this pains me to say as a Chick-fil-A employee myself, the customer server was extremely poor. The lady who was working cashier gave off a very strong feeling of “I don’t want to be here just hurry up and order already”. Super disappointed in how unnecessarily rude she was to me.
Ordered a medium drink. No food. Took over 7 minutes and only received after complaining. Staff behind counter just standing around or having a fun time with laughter. I'll never visit this location again.
