The reason to stop is for burgers and fries. This is our go-to stop when we are unable to decide on anything else. Sometimes a bit of a language barrier, but the staff is invariably polite, and earnest in the effort to provide the order quickly and as requested.
First time in GA goin to this checkers was the worst first they forgot my Fries out the bag the. Give me order of fries that was sitting then a employee want to get smart when I ask for the fries that just came up. Management you need to re train your employees how to speak to paying customers
3/17/22 @ 3:10pmVery disappointed in this location, I ordered the new fry season chicken tenders(which were terrible?), add chili and cheese to my fries. I get the bag and thank goodness I looked before I drove off because they gave me regular fries. So then I let them know they left my chili cheese fries off, the girl at the window was tryin to see if she could just add it on without having to charge me since it was thier mistake, nope, they charged me. And then had the nerve to only put the cheese on my fries, ? I paid for chili and cheese, and then left out my ranch sauce, had to go back and get that. I tried to call them to speak to someone because I had already driven back to work. The phone just rings, no answer. I will say the girl working the window was nice but I still want what a paid for. I had my mouth set on them chili cheese fries ?
I went through the drive thru for a late night snack. Food was fine. I didn't expect any more or less. It was my first time talking to an automated voice through the intercom, definitely have to have patience for that but I wasn't in a rush. Good late night drives.
A perfect place for a quick bite. Their mozzarella cheese sticks were not just good! Also, the staff members were kind and informative!
I was greeted by a automated voice. I bought the 8 piece chicken tenders combo. I didn't receive an receipt. I didn't get a chance to actually eat my food until I got home 5 minutes later. The only thing was hot were the fries?! The Tenders we're old and cold. You can tell they were sitting under an heat lamp...the apple pie was just as depressing. Waste of $17.
The food was okay, it could have been better seems like they added extra salt onto their fries. I mean your fries are already seasoned there's no reason to add any more salt to them. The burger was good. I didn't really like the drive-thru experience because it was a robot which I don't like should be more personable. I guess if I have to eat there I will but I'm still going on five because I don't believe in giving anything less than a five as long as everything was good.
Food was fresh. Once I realized the prices charged were more than what is outside, the manager changed it. Thanks for good Customer service
I was shocked about how good the customer service was, especially from Checkers. Kinda weird though to be talking to a computer in the drive through voice box, but the lady who served my food was very nice.
I hate coming to this checkers because the lines are always long and it takes forever to get your food. But whenever this young girl name Kimberly works it goes great. She has great customer service and is able to multi task from the drive through to the walk up window. I swear if you want good hot & fresh food call to ensure Kimberly is there
