The whopper melt is awful and the money I spent for the combo I could've went to a Mexican restaurant & ate much better, Never again Never again

This isn’t a review of their food or quality. That’s alright. The timings on Google however are not updated. Various branches close down at or by 11:00PM even though all branches show 12:00AM as the closing time.A good idea would be to not rely on the timings listed online and to call and check if they branch is actually open. In some cases, a branch may close down as early at 10:00PM.
Burgers were dry and cold. While fries, chicken nuggets, and onion rings were piping hot... Like burn inside of your mouth hot.
Service was fast. Food was OLD!!! Service was not friendly.
We always go to this place, sometimes we get bad experience even in other fast food chain but yesterday this lady name Teresa feel us very welcome. She have a very best customer service with us. She is kind and very sweet. Please keep her she is genuine in your company.-Jeanette and Alex
Impossibly Slow drive through. Only 3 people in line and it took 10 minutes for me to get my food. The dining room is not open at this location. I came here on a quick lunch break just to grab a bite, and ended up spending about twice as much time I was expecting to. I came here to try the ghost pepper nuggets and jalapeño cheddar bites. The Ghost Pepper nuggies had no spice whatsoever. I had high expectations after watching Daym Drops video. The jalapeno cheddar bites were awesome, could have been better if they had some spicy nuggets to go with them. This location needs a dose of “Care” and “a system that works.” 4 people in the location, only 1 working at a snails pace to take and fulfill orders. Avoid this location…. I am planning on trying another location to try the Nuggets again
Food was hot and freshly made. I enjoyed it.
So they do not have a valid phone number so if you order delivery they will basically just take your money and not send anything to you. The customer service over the phone for corporate basically told me that DoorDash stole the food and they could not issue a refund because of that. Door dash would not issue a refund as they said it was burger kings job… not worth Having someone steal your credit card info and food.
Decided to stop and try the ghost pepper nuggets. Sad to say I was very disappointed and not just with the lack of hotness with nuggets but also with the service. The nuggets would have been hotter if I had put my own hot sauce on them. The service was horrible, not friendly at all. Gotta do better Burger King
