I got a whopper melt. The bread was not toasted, the grilled onions were ice cold, I thought it was lettuce. The cheese was not melted. I was miles away when I noticed it. Done!

They are understaffed, but they are trying their best to fulfill every order in a timely manner! I stopped by earlier to pick up a delivery order for someone before the lunch rush, and the employees are polite and hardworking. There was only two people working today, and I noticed that it was mostly rude male customers being hostile towards BK employees about waiting in the drive-thru.To the two people working today, I hope you guys get a raise. I wish more people would have more empathy and patience for you guys.
This is the slowest Burger King I’ve visited in my life. People legit turn their cars off in the drive thru line. Be warned. Good luck.
Not sure very confused..I stopped going here because she worked at nights.now she works in the mornings. Absolutely rude and unprofessional, refused my refund and cursed me out poor judgement when picking management. When you see a older black woman with just unpleasant loud voice on the speaker it's her..RUN! Get rid of her; people may come back if she wasn't there. cursing and refusing good customer service isn't a money maker!
Absolutely rude as hell. Specifically asked for NO Mayo on my boyfriend’s sandwich TWICE and 8 count nuggets. The sandwich had Mayo and never got the 8 count nuggets meal. You will be better off going to McDonald’s honestly. Both have terrible customer service but atleast McDonald’s will get your order right the first time. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Matter a fact, go to the Taco Bell next door. For 13 years, they have never disappointed me. Line may be long but definitely care about their customers.

Went at 3:30 pm, rude lady answered the intercom at the drive through and did not hear her say to told on or was very muffled when she answered. Yells at me as I was trying to put the order saying she told me to wait in an aggressive manner. Fortunately for her I couldn’t get her name since she did not wear a name tag nor appropriate uniform as she was wearing a black hoodie with flour and what looks like sauces or something all over but very unprofessional and unsanitary nonetheless.
Food is always great at Burger King but this one lady was very rude to me. I went there around 6:40PM and I didn’t notice the door was locked and I just pushed the door one time to open and this one lady yelled at me “Y’all are breaking my door!” What does she mean “Y’all”? Bcuz it was just me and my son behind me and he didn’t even touch the door. She just had this facial expression that she didn’t like working there.
Terrible management. They are supposed to be open until 12am. I got there at 11:12pm and they would not take order saying they’re closed. Unacceptable, why even run a business.
