Awsome service
Ordered cakes online for my daughters birthday,On the pickup date they did not open that day or the day after. They never answer the phone, so it has been a week and still haven't received a refund.
I'd rather just buy the frozen Baskin Robbins ice cream in grocery stores. Half the ice cream shown was out of service which wasn't posted. What we got was ice cream that had like Specs of ice in it and just was kind of a waste of money and calories, unfortunate really.
Their ice cream cakes are good. When I asked the cashier to put a happy bday on the cake he said he couldn’t do it. I guess bc of covid. Secondly, he charged $27.99 then he charged me $34.99. Also, I thought the store was closed bc when I first walked in, there was no one up front and they looked scared when they appeared from the back. I do not recommend this place. Next time, I’m taking my business somewhere else.
Blender always down for milkshakes. Mediocre customer service.
Kinda disappointed because after waiting for about ten minutes we were told the milk shake machine was out of service today. Also this location is not allowing taste testing according to the signage of their new flavors due to Covid-19. Which isn’t the best decision with new flavors so hopefully if the flavor isn’t desirable the customer can get another opportunity to get a flavor that’s known.
This baskin robins is always out of something. But its not life or death. It gives me a chance to teach my son about trying something new. They almost never have the waffle cones. And some of the flavors they do have seem strange. But they have gluten and dairy friendly options.The staff is friendly they all say hello when we enter. The staff is very attentive and i have never had to wait for someone to take my order, they are ready for me before I even know what I want.Sometimes the staff they make mistakes. I correct it politely and immediately and they fix it. Its not brain surgery its not a zagat rated restaurant. Its ice cream.

The young girl at the cashier did not give great customer service. She did not greet, or communicate much. Was not friendly or welcoming. Her attitude sucked.
