Came to this location today for my lunch as a first time visit. According to the time listed on the door I’d arrived a little early (10:40am) and decided to just wait outside until they opened. I ended up giving them an extra 10-15 minutes so I wouldn’t show up as soon as the door opened. Imagine my surprise to walk up and the door is still locked. Smh Talk about a bad first time impression. Wasted 30+ minutes and ended up having to go elsewhere all because a business didn’t open at their designated time. That reason alone made this my first and last visit to this establishment.Smh Ridiculous.
Their food has been good for a very long time, but we had a large problem consisting of hair in the fries. Instead of listening to us, the argued with us and told us that nobody in the kitchen had gray hair. The man cooking the food had gray hair.

Delicious wings and awesome customer service. Shop is really clean and inviting. Lemon Pepper (hot) & Hot, were the two flavors we ordered. Wow, wow, wow!!! We live in Colorado and it’s almost impossible to find wings that taste this good out there. Thank you for an incredible meal!
My boyfriend and I go here at least every week if not more. Philly is good; and wings are amazing! French fries and fries yummy

It pains me to have to delete my positive review from two years ago about this place! I went in today to complain about a problem with my food from last night. I’m not pleased with the fact that I had to over explain the situation to the manager. The remake of my food was terrible, specifically the half-cooked French fries that are going right into the trash! It will be a very long time, if ever, before I patronize BQ wings again.
