This is the first time I've ever waited 45 minutes in any drive-thru line I'm giving five stars only because the guy who took my order was also the cashier and the cook I can't believe he was the only one in Arby's. How stressful is that! The owners should come in and help when there's no one else never leave a person by himself. I hope he's getting paid more than minimum wage in fact the average person should get $35 an hour because rent gas everything has gone up. This should be reported they should have closed down there's no reason why that young man should have been working alone. I am highly disappointed. Whoever owns that Arby's is pathetic. This is a clear sign of greed. I'm sure those folks were on their boats relaxing, in air condition or whatever they were doing while he was sweating for minimum wage. I pray to God that he gets a bonus for that lovely Sunday his composure was together and he wasn't frazzled. As a consumer that should never happen if he doesn't return today I wouldn't be upset. This is what we're talking about people working hard, getting paid pennies, not appreciated and left to the business while their owners are relaxing. There's something wrong with this picture. They're the first ones that are denied loans denied opportunities and look down upon whoever owns this Arby's should be ashamed of their greed they're carelessness they're inconsiderate behaviors to have one body in that restaurant how dare you. while it was a beautiful Sunday where was everyone else I hope he's getting more than minimum wage these people need to be ashamed for not scheduling more than one person.

This Arby's need to be closed. It is so dead over. I went there on Friday April 8th 2022 at 11am the drive thru was empty. I order 5 crispy fish sandwiches 2for$6.00 it was for me and a few coworkers a day was told by the person taking the orders. We have no fish. My belly dropped with shock, WHAT no fish. I was craving for my fish sandwiches. I am so addicted on these fish sandwiches. I am so lucky I wasn't pregnant or my baby would born with a fish birth mark.???

I’m on a mission to find my favorite spicy fish sandwich. Unfortunately I was given the regular fish sandwich. The regular was good, just not what I was craving. Hopefully I can return soon and get the spicy.#PushaTsentme

I asked for the 2 for $6 crispy fish sandwich, but got chicken instead. I asked them to change one of the sandwiches for fish, which they did. Decent meal.

When you go thru the drive thru, it seems to me the staff really don't want to be there. I order well done krinkle fries but either they don't understand the meaning of well done or they don't care. I also order extra ice, have never gotten extra ice at this location. I guess they are conserving there ice. It just frustrates me. I really don't recommend this Arby's location.

By far the worst experience and food I have had at this location. Only 2 people working. Waited 30 minutes to get food and order was not complete and food was cold. Had to go back in store to get what was missing. No receipt. Last time I will be coming to this location.

Service is always good as well as the food. They have the best sweet tea and the staff is cordial and do a great job

The original curly seasoned frie CANNOT be beat! Always busy but always fresh! Just make sure to check your order before you leave ?

I can’t believe a franchise like Arby’s support a General Manager that discriminate against age and disregard privacy codes.Unethical behavior and truly lack management skills.This place can use all the help it can get.
