Loved the food. I don't get Applebee's much anymore since the closest one to my home is 28 miles away....so usually I get it when I travel. I ordered online for a take out order, easy process. The food was exactly as I ordered and was ready in a timely manner. I got my usual, the Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders and it was DELICIOUS. Its not always the best quality at every location, but this was exactly what I expected, if not more. I wish I had some right now! My husband got a full rack of rib and fries, and he devoured that as well. If we're ever back in the area....we will definitely be back!
I placed an order on the website for delivery and could not be more disappointed. Some of the broccoli that I received was uncooked and completely raw. It was DISGUSTING! The salmon was burnt, dry, and tough. My order was also missing the lemon that was supposed to be included. I should’ve known the food would be bad. This location has terrible reviews. Glad I had a gift card and didn’t have to use my own money.
I give the benefit always before i write a review but this now the 3rd time Ive ordered curbside pickup and I checked in and waited for 10 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready. So then I went inside and multiple employees saw me and just walked by not ONE asked if I was waiting for anything, even the shift manager came and handed someone their food then before i could say anything he walked away... FINALLY I had to flag someone down and say "since no one has bothered to ask, yes I am waiting for my food" ordinarily I will just wait there because I understand people are busy but this is the third time....It will also be the last time......customer service...have we forgot about it now?
Most everybody should know this place. It's been awhile since I've been back here. But the atmosphere was still the same. Decent food and loud music. Not a bad way to end the night. BTW, my server was Awesome.
Took 20 mins to take our order, the food was undercooked and the food was just thrown on the plate with the presentation of a 2x4 wrapped in newspaper, tables dirty, menus dirty. This makes wafflehouse look like stoney river. I wouldnt recommend this place to putin.
Had a late lunch here today. Actually took my bosses daughter with me because she really likes Applebees. Anyways, Jasmine, our server was great, seems to care about her customers and super kind! She even was cool enough to check out the strange talent my bosses daughter found out she had while we were there and laughed with me. She knows that customer service is about and went above and beyond! Hard to find servers like her anymore so treat her great!!!The food was actually spot on. Most Applebees are hit and miss but today was a total hit! The cooks did an amazing job and everything was cooked perfect and they seemed to care. Keep it up everyone! Had a very good experience today and will be back. Thank you again!
My best experience at this Applebee’s came from a worker named Darius. He had no problem helping me with the millions of things I asked for and didn’t take a long time either. He was such a class act. I will definitely be back just to be helped by Darius. He’s turned a regular eatery into a 5 star restaurant.
The food and drink were par for the course, but the service was fantastic.
I ordered delievery from this Applebees and ended up with RAW chicken and undercooked shrimp. Will not be ordering from this location again. Make sure you check your food if you do decide to eat here.
Good Applebee’s experience, food came really quick and everything was satisfactory. Small crowd for a Wednesday afternoon after 4pm in Duluth (Atlanta Suburb). I’m only giving 4 stars because my Salmon portion was noticeably smaller than usual. Could be a one off but who knows, I hope they’re not doing that as a way to save on food costs. ???
