What happened to American Deli?!I came to this location because I was in the area.The wings are so much smaller and DRY.I asked for Honey Hot, I don’t know what flavor this was once I got home.My regular location is the one in Roswell. SOOO MUCH BETTER!
I’m not sure if they just changed management or not. But. I didn’t see the young lady i normally see in there. Plus the older Korean lady was rude with me when i asked is that all the ranch we get for 50 wings. She started counting like i was a kid. 1 dressing for every ten wings.I was not happy about this visit. I wish that as a whole we stop supporting these Koreans with their smart mouths, we literally pay your bills to stay open to provide food. Stop being rude to your customers.My order was 90 bucks to include taxes. For the list you see on the receipt. The wings were extremely salty. They had my order wrong. I asked for garlic hot. He basically gave me hot mixed sauce. When clearly that’s not what I asked for. For facts I probably won’t return to this location. They have a heavy amount of customers. I pass two locations within 3 miles from my house to come here, and the normal ppl who serve me were not there. The experience should not be what it was. There are plenty of places that serve good wings with good customer service.
Door dashed this order..not bad..Food was hot when received. Wings were a lil salty but overall nor bad for the value
The staff is friendly and welcoming. Service is fast. The chicken fried rice is great, and its a nice size portion.
Friend lemon pepper wings good.I only buy wings here because the wings are not too big, just right.
Ordered 5 piece honey BBQ wings with chicken fried rice, chicken philly sandwich with fries and house rice with 10 wings with lemon pepper sprinkle. Besides the 10 wings was half right - 5 wings were lemon pepper and the other 5 were in a mild sauce - the food was fresh and hot. The customer service was good.
I love this place I never heard of it before.im from New York and I come to Atlanta once a week. I always stop at thos place it's become one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in town .
Ordered Cheesesteak meal for pick up. We timed it perfect as we were standing in the to pay our food was brought to the register. Timely and professional service
THE WORST AMERICAN DELI EVERPaid $62 for 60 wings and more than half of them are the size of my pinky finger. Called the manager and they refused to refund saying "that's just how it is." The wings were over cooked, dry, and the lemon pepper was WAAAAY too salty. To be charging $1=1 wing and getting this was just ridiculous. This manager does not care about their business and it clearly shows in the product they sell. We charged back our purchase with the bank and will not return. This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths for all American Delis.
Food was EXCELLENT. The customer service is as AMAZING. Purchased lunch for the office. I had several orders. The staff was very patient and assisted me in organizing the orders and helped me carry the orders to my car.
