Let me start by saying Austin + Alex and their team have some of the bubbliest customer services I’ve ever received!I always check a bathroom before I eat at a restaurant, it’ll show the quality of the kitchen, if you keel that clean and spotless then you definitely know they are in order behind that kitchen door! The entire facility was clean, welcome, smelled amazing, and the music just tied together the ENTIRE vibe.Now, let’s get into my order!! Of course I had to try a bagel at a place called 101 Bagels… I got the Everything Bagel w/ vegetable cream cheese… holy crap… Einstein Bagels who?? LOL. This is some of the best shmear I’ve ever had, I could quite literally dive into it.To Austin/Alex + your team, thank you for the phenomenal experience, the laughs, the hospitality and creating a return customer. Went for brunch on sunday, the staff was great and the food was awesome! I got a whole grain everything bagel and an iced chai with oatmilk! so good!

So So many chances.Today was the final straw, a trio 101 (bacon, ham, sausage, egg, cheese on a bagel) came as a ham, egg and cheese on a BLUEBERRY BAGEL.Waste of a bagel, waste of money.. I even had to wait 5 minutes once I got there. The order was submitted and i was able to drive 15 minutes and find parking.The 2 items in my order were a bagel sandwich and a burrito. One of which had barely half of the listed ingredients. And a blueberry bagel.. SERIOUSLY?!
I love 101 bagel cafe! I go here all the time. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love how many options there are. I can choose my bagel and modify it to my hearts content? Amazing! They also decorate for holidays and make the space feel more welcoming. This place will always be my Goto!
Wonderful atmosphere to relax and have a great bagel or breakfast sandwich. Hannah and Peggy work in the front and they are always so sweet and helpful! Great staff, wonderful food, will be back whenever I am in town.

101 Bagel Cafe [Duluth] just got better!!! The food drew me in and the customer service keeps me coming back. My husband, Tommy and I attended their premiere of "Jokes and Java", a monthly comedy show they will be hosting with up-and-coming comics. We had a blast! We enjoyed delicious brew and eats as we laughed the evening away. ??? I hate I didn't snap a photo of my friend's philly cheesesteak because it looked amazing, and he said it tasted even better. There was a special menu for the event. The options were great, and the prices were very reasonable. Also, each patron received a parting gift [a disposable K-cup that can be filled with ground coffee or tea leaves] and a valuable coupon to use on a future visit. I am so happy for Rob, the owner that the night was such a success. I like seeing deserving small business succeed. I've already marked my calendar for the next "Jokes and Java" comedy night. It's scheduled for May 19th. Tickets can be purchased through the company website or the link on the restaurant's Facebook page. It's totally worth it, if you're interested in checking it out.
Been getting breakfast here regularly over the past few weeks. The bagels are good, fresh, and with proper tasty sandwich options too. Their new hash brown bowl is worth getting if you want something hardy. Coffee and Chai are excellent, too. They even have coffee ice cubes for their cold drinks so you don't water down what you're drinking. Cheap too, bagel+butter+coffee for less than $6
I use to come here frequently because they had nice size gluten free bagles. Then they got the cracker gluten free bagles and now they are tinly gf rolls a quarter the size of a regular bagle and they charge twice as much than they use to for them. The staff also use to be friendly, but now they are rude saying that the gf bagle cost twice as much... yea, I'll just bring mine from home. Smh. What a joke.Teach your employees better customer service if my family hadn't been with me I would have walked out.Thankfully the coffee is still good and there are either gf items on the menu I can eat when I'm with my family.Still customer service now is a joke and rude. I definitely don't come here for a friendly smile.
Best bagels around! I love their sausage, egg, & cheese on a Jalapeño & Cheddar bagel. So amazing!
