didn't get our orders right. very show. tried to go back in to get the order fixed and line was so long that we just said forget it. we didn't get any sauce that we asked for. not impressed.
As an employee at zaxbys, i can personally say that we take pride in our food and our customers satisfaction! If youre hungry, come on to zaxbys. Our chicken is made to order and delicious. Guaranteed to leave you satisfied.
Several times now I have ordered the Cobb Salad. Recently I don't know what the issue is but I am NOT HAPPY. You get 2/3's the chicken than before, 1/2 piece of Bacon and they ALWAYS forget the egg. WHAT EXACTLY AM I PAYING FOR HERE????????????????????????????????????
Not bad for a fast food place but certainly not as good as other places. Very crowded but fairly quick service.
Zaxby's is a new one for us. Got a family meal of fingers, which were tender, juicy, and flavorful. The default sauce is ketchup mixed with mayonnaise mixed with mustard and a little Worcestershire - kinda weird, but worth trying. Strangely, the family meal comes with double fries and Texas toast, but no vegetables. Didn't look hard enough to figure out what other sides might be worth trying. More than enough food for the 4 of us; the employees were mostly nice and accommodating, and the restaurant was mostly clean. The decor was interesting - we sat under statues of the blues bros

Cashier wasn't the most customer service oriented. We got take out. Other than the pickles missing, it was good.
Average for this chain. Attendant was just short, and no personally, but in today's issues. Not bad.
Came in 20 minutes before closing with a group, and the staff kindly stayed to serve us quickly - we really appreciated it! You don’t see that too often these days, hope the staff are treated well.
We went through the drive thru tonight and got 2 Cajun chicken club sandwich combos and paid the .80 cents extra on each for the “Go Big” with the larger drink and more fries and an order of fried pickles. There was LESS, FAR LESS fries than even usual NOT MORE and they were cold and soggy. The chicken on both sandwiches was full of gristle and tasted spoiled. The fried pickles were still RAW DOUGH and cold in the batter. One of the drinks had a literal HAIR in it! Worst, NASTIEST experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru ever!
