Eat there almost every day. Always polite even when they are really busy.

Went for lunch and it wasn't to busy the drive thur was busy but inside wasn't. The service was great got our food within 10 mins of being there and the staff was very friendly. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The food was amazing highly recommend if you like chicken.
Food was good and renovations were nice but staff wasn't too eager to help. People need silverware to eat with and they no longer even have plates to eat off of. If u dine in. You do so from to go containers and they literally overfill the table tops when open
Pros:This location just got a new remodel and just opened dining room back up after almost a year. Looks great!Cons:Chicken was fried too hard nor did it taste fresh, not any seasoning on fries, and it would not bankrupt them to have the chicken completely coated in sauce.
It was the worst I have ever eaten , asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and did not get hardly any , the buns was burn the chicken had been cook for a long time it was not good at all even the fries was bad !!!????????
Sunday night dinner is crazy, I get that. Its busy, and cars are wrapped around the building. However, replacing the speaker with a beleaguered employee and a tablet does not actually improve efficiency, not apparently accuracy. The reason this technique works for Chick Fil A is they double available staff. You still only have one person taking orders, and one line.I ordered my 20 piece chicken with half Zax sauce and half ranch. The receipt read"No zax sauceRanch sauce" twice.Predictably, I received no zax sauce, so I had to go in and wait in line at the one open register there to buy two extra.So, protip: to improve efficiency, you need to increase the amount of staff doing the job... not just move them outside.To the girl stuck outside and exposing herself to customers in a pandemic, you were very sweet.I hope next time will be better. And I *won't* be using the drive thru, since I'm apparently going to stand in line inside anyway.
My signature sandwich was gummy and cold. Couldn’t even eat it. My fries were unseasoned and cold and I was missing the sauce I paid EXTRA for. As well as two whole cookies not even in the bag!! Extremely disappointed.
Great BBQ Chicken Wings. Great check in from the lady (Pamela) outside that took our order. Really bad customer service skills from the person that gave us our order. She just thrust our order at us. No, "Have a nice day.", or "Thank you for your visit today." Nothing. Silence. Geeze. Well..... there was the sound of her window slamming shut after we were given our order.By the way, no more celery? That horrible. Why provide Ranch dressing if there's no celery?
The food is good as usual and the service was great also. I got my food to go.
