If I could’ve done zero stars I would’ve. Me and my friends each got a meal and every single thing we had did not look safe to eat. They even got our orders wrong and the Pattys were soaked in some sort of black sludge and the chicken sandwhich meat was stretchy like they accidentally fried up one of their gloves. It wasn’t even edible. We all feel like deathly ill and only took a couple of bites to give it a chance after scraping all of the toxic waste off.
Been waiting like 30 minutes in the drive through and still haven’t gotten my food yet so if you’re in a hurry don’t come to this Wendy’s!
Worst Wendy's ever. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes before they even took my order. Then waited 10 more yon cold food...THE WORST WENDY'S EVER!
I got a 5 for five but only got a 3 for five …finally got one missing item but not the rest ..food was cold ..
Pretty sure the fries aren't supposed to be cold and wet in the bottom. Drink was flat. Burger was subpar.
They close their dining room at 9 p.m. After 9, you have to use drive thru. The drive thru always has a long line because it takes literally 10 minutes or more per car. Even if you are a Door Dash driver picking up food that has already been paid for, they make you go through this long line. Door Dash base pay is $2.50 per order. We get nothing for gas or mileage. We depend on customer tips to make a living. When this restaurant takes so long, the customers take it out on us. I received my first customer complaint due to this restaurant. Even if they only have three cars in drive thru, you will sit there 30 minutes wasting your time and your gas. Now, I just refuse to pick up orders from there.
Ok, New girl. She did fine. Food good. Didn't get my large fries, but that's ok. She's learning. ❤️
I don't do fast-food but when you driving and you're truly starving. And for an hour there's no good restaurants insight. So this commercial came on about how good Wendy's fries were and that they ranked number one in a natural hand-cut french fries so I kept hearing that commercial over and over. So I said let's try these Wendy fries. So I order I get in line I had to wait 15 minutes for the entire process from me getting in line placement order I getting my order. I said I'm so hungry but let me check to make sure my fries are hot true enough they were cold. She did make it right but the wait time omg. I think they only had two employees.
Went through the drive thru. Got to the window and waited a few minutes. No one ever came to the window. Wanted to add something to my order so I tried to get their attention.. they just kept waking pass the window. One girl came to the register and still wouldn't see what I..the customer..wanted. So I ended up driving off?
Great service and they're breakfast is better than McDonald's
