Ordered something, they didn't have it, cool. It happens. Ordered something else. Got said something else and there was a baby roach in it ??♀️The employee told someone what had happened and the response I hear is "I told you to clean up over there." ????I wasn't even offered a refund of any sort... just asked if I wanted something else. NO THANK YOU.
Menu prices above the register didn't reflect the prices on the kiosk I was made to order from... Stood at the counter for 10 min before I was told I had to order from the kiosk then another ten minutes to get my food. Not what I think when I think fast food.
The girl at the register was friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly; however, they were out of the coffee that was part of the $5 special.
I haven’t had bad experiences with Taco Bell here, food wise. But the fact they decided to close at 12AM without updating their hours online and outside at both locations and even still “accepts” orders is a nightmare for customers. Had I not called them they would have just left, and my money in their pockets. Had them refund my money in cash, great of them, but I shouldn’t have been in that situation. This shows these two locations here hate their customers and their employees.
Food was fine. After we ordered, we saw the 81 cleanliness rating. No table tops were clean, trash overflowing, soda station a mess!
I drive for Door Dash. I am always getting complaints from my customers about this Taco Bell on HWY 441. One customer, they only gave me part of her order and I had to drive 10 miles back to the store to get them to make it right. Another customer contacted me after I dropped off her order to tell me that her burrito did not have any meat in it and she ordered extra beef. They also have a "B" on their health inspection.

Do not come here! The service is terrible and the food was on a "finger painting in kindergarten" level. They just smeared things onto a tortilla shell without any clue what planet they were on. I asked for grilled cheese burritos and they refused to and I'm assuming it's a lack of care. Not to mention we are a family of 4 that was hungry from traveling for the past 8 hours and, on top of it all, one of the employees(maybe the manager) was screaming at a coworker like they were ignorant whilst still getting our order completely wrong. Worst taco bell experience we had ever had.
Excellent as always & we really love the new building...
If I could give them a zero I would. They are always out of everything. The food is always nasty and they barely give u any thing inside your taco it is almost all bread I ordered a chicken chipotle melt and had like 3 pieces of chicken I will not go back to this Taco Bell.
