I order a slush at this location 3-4 times a week and always order online and come thru the drive thru. Today I sat in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes just for the woman at the window to tell me she can’t give me my order thru the drive thru that I have to pull around into a stall. I guess the policy changed. However, good customer service would have gave me the order and let me know next time pull in a stall as our policies have changed. I’m so furious this location is always hit & mess. Clearly needs NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!
This young man Edward Harvey has been the best worker I’ve ever encountered. I had to wait a little while for an order because another customer was being belligerent to him for no reason but he never let that interfere with anybody else and kept a smile on his face. Thank you to him. He should be the manager of this place
Edward Harvey waited on us. And let me say the kindness that radiates off him. He was so kind and happy! I hope sonic realizes what a gem they have!
Love the burgers here, and the Route 44 size drinks are great on a hot day.
I've always liked Sonic bit it has been a while since ive been to one. Ie enjoyed my last visit.
When you advertise a party melt please make a patty melt. Raw onion is not okay, it supposed to be grilled and lettuce should not make it on there either. I have been a long time Sonic fan, but the Dublin Sonic does not live up to expectations. Do better, please...at least show you tried.
My blast and sandwich was good. The waitress that come out was super sweet and had the best attitude!!
