Courtney the bartender served me. She was excellent! Very attentive, prompt service, order was correct, she recommended items, explained the drink and food menu. Chicken was juicy, zucchini was excellent, salad bar was fresh & plentiful. Manager was very helpful. Great place ?
Salad bar had food that look to have been sitting for a while and not fresh, soup was cold, and waitress never checked on us. Sat with an empty glass the entire meal. Couldn’t get a bill. When I finally saw the waitress, she was sitting in a booth on her phone.
Had a ton of people waiting and a bunch of open tables and wouldn't seat anyone. Good close to an hour to get the food. Kept me happy bringing me drinks from the bar though
So let me start by saying if I could give it no stars, I definitely would!!!! After the terrible host sat us down at our table, our waitress took our orders. We sat there for 2 hours and 15 minutes, our waitress finally came over and said she’d go check on our food, she came back and apologized because she forgot to put our order in. So we gave her our order again and they said they’d put our order in front of everyone else’s. We finally get our food but she forgot to put in my daughters order so she didn’t get her food still! Next we are eating our food that took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get and the host slams some drinks up on the counter right beside our table & then slams some menus up there as well and when he did a straw from one of the cups flew into my plate!! I had just gotten my d*** food that I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for!! Worst service, worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant ever, anywhere!! I talked to the manager and he gave me my plate off and that was it! Are you kidding me! Do not eat at this restaurant!

Wasn't really busy, but service could have been better. Waiter was very unsure of anything and lack the ability to answer any questions we had about items on the menu. Food was over cooked had to get it redone couldn't even cut the meat with a knife. Quantity, and quality didn't match the prices. Overall experience wasn't the greatest.
We enjoy receiving the coupons it save us money when eat out and the food is good. During these times with gas and food prices going up it is nice to grab something at Ruby Tuesday in our small town to lift our spirits ?
