Excellent job by our server, Cody. Food is hit or miss, but tonight it was pretty good.
Food was delicious. Wait time was long, but after we were seated it was good.

The food was good as well as the server. The manager came to our table to make sure our server, food and service was up to standards and it was great!

Even with Open Table, we had to wait 30+ minutes. 6:15 on a Saturday. Food was slow coming out, small portions (lunch portion), but charged for the dinner portion. Great service. Too much Management turnover to make this restaurant franchise a top rated experience.

The food was okay, however we had to wait for so long before we got cheddar biscuits and we only had like 4. Didn't appreciate that. There wasn't a lot to choose from on the menu. They was also out of salmon. That sucked! I don't think I'd recommend eating there.
My husband & I first time going to any Red Lobster. Very dark. At first it looked like they weren't open. No lighting in the parking lot. Sign wasn't lit. Lighting around the bldg dim. Parking lot was full that's how we knew they were open. Popular place. Had a wait of about 20mins. Tables were very close together. Staff was very busy but worked together. Hostess was also coming over wiping off tables, bringing drinks, helping serve food. My husband really enjoyed his seafood! Wants to make it his birthday restaurant. I don't eat seafood but love pasta so I tried the Cajun chicken Alfredo as part of the pick 3 $15 special. Wasn't spicy at all. Very very greasy. You could see the oil all over the pasta and plate. Our waitress was busy but she didn't get to our table much. Asked for napkins more than once. Had to ask for straws, she said new policy is not to give straws so they won't end up in the ocean. Glass wasn't the cleanest and I won't drink out of it. Needed refills. She didn't bring our sides out we had to ask multiple times. Because my husband liked his except the shrimp we'd try it again, I'd have to try the steak next time.
