A+ Service. Johnnie had my food ready quicker than it took me to order it. Wish this location was my local restaurant.
The food is good, but service is horribly slow and my order is usually wrong more than it is right. ?
The service is terrible in drive thru and the times I've been never get what I order
There are very few fast food restaurants or experiences that I would take the time to review online, however, Krystal and Fredricka deserve this shout out! I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and eagerness to satisfy their customers! I HIGHLY recommend visiting this location and if you're lucky enough, hopefully one of these ladies will help you out!!
Everybody was so sweet and kind and they gave me great suggestions. The drive thru attendee, Nikko, was especially nice and served with a smile.
There were 2 people in the drive through when we waited in line 20 minutes got to the window paid and were asked to pull up and waited another 30 min for food. My husband finally went in and asked how long and they gave him our bag. We ordered a 16 piece family meal with a cole slaw and 2 potatoes and gravy. When we got home we had 3 small cole slaw and 1 small macaroni. I am very dissatisfied
No sign up saying If the lobby is closed or not (great help there btw) like either have a sign up saying drive thru only or open the lobby up
Ordered 2 two piece meals., was charged for a 2 piece and a 3 piece. After we paid, they said they only had one piece of chicken in mild and the rest would have to be spicy. Did not mark which was the spicy. Got home to find we had two 2 piece meals. All was cold and dried out.. For $20, I expected a lot better service and food.
ORDERED: 3 pc chicken with mashed potatoes with gravy, mtn dew with no ice, and a chocolate chip cookie.RECEIVED: 2 pc chicken, mac n cheese, mtn dew heavy ice. Did get a mediocre chocolate chip prepackaged cookie.
RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICEI WAS SERVED RAW CHICKEN NUGGETSWHEN I WENT BACK TO COMPLAIN THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND GAVE ME CHICKEN STRIPS THEN LIED ABOUT NOT HAVING ANY RANCH!! THE MANAGER IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE WAS ALSO EATING FRIES IN THE BACK OF THE KITCHEN
