Best customer service most friendly and makes everyone feel important!!!
Not sure if my first review went through , but this one will be shorter . Plain and simple , horrible food and customer service both in person and over the phone. Never patronizing this establishment ever again . The way of customer service , presentation , and good food around here makes driving to Warner Robins or Macon worth the trip. Gotta step the game around here if revenue is to stay here. If could've given zero stars I would've. I should have read some the reviews first
My pizza took over 30 minutes to get delivered after it was said to be otw. That's 30 minutes your pizza is getting cold and wasn't even delivered in a pizza carrier. U want cold pizza then this is your place.
My first time at pj. I ask for a small pizza with extra beef. Then while the food was being made, I ask for pj wifi password so I can used my phone. I was told that they don't have wifi. I didn't understand. When I seen a TV on the wall with a male with directions on it.
Awesome pizza. I love the garlic butter and little peppers. They offer take out or delivery.
Workers were on their phone the whole time, I had to sit in the store and wait for 40 minutes before my pizza was done. Watched 2 whole episodes of avatar. Terrible service…wish I could put 0 stars instead of 1.
Possibly the worst service and food from any pizza I’ve place I have every received. So physically disgusted I am first post which I do not do and I will most like not pop John’s again period regrades of location.
We order a pizza on September 15th 2021 the sauce on the pizza was dried out our order was all wrong we order a stuff crust pizza instead we got Original crust i was very disappointed the delivery driver was friendly and nice thats about it.....if i could give this review a zero i would

I frequent this Papa Johns location, and they’re always so nice. My pizza is always ready on time. I really appreciate their fast and efficient service.
