This McDonald's is kinda 50/50 . Some days it's great , other days it's terrible . The food is great most days but be sure to check your bag before you go . They've been known to mess up people's orders. Ive had it happen a few times . This location also really needs to change it's cashier's . Every single time I go I get the rudest most hateful cashier .

If I could give this place 11 stars I would.Every once in a while you find a Mickey D's this excellent. The burger was hot and juicy, the bun was fresh and tasty, the ingredients just right, and the crew members were exceptional! My hats off to this manager and her staff. ?

Changing my review from a few years ago to a 1*. We went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered 3 sandwiches plain(no sauce). Got the food and guess what? SAUCE ON IT! The lobby was closed so my wife walked to the window and requested the sandwiches be made correctly and got home only to find they simply waited a minute and then gave her the exact same sandwiches back! Yet these simpletons think they deserve $18-$20 dollars an hour??!!! Give me a break, what they deserve is a pink slip!

This morning(3/3/22), I went to this McDonalds on 441 S a few minutes before 10:00 am. I placed my order, at the drive thru, and paid at the first window. When I got to the second window, I did not have to wait for my food, but the young lady forgot to give me my tea that I ordered. I motioned for her to come back to the window and when she reopened it, I told her I ordered a tea. She, very nonchalantly, said "here it is"(it was there all along) and handed it to me. I told her "thank you". She did not say, You're welcome, I'm sorry, have a nice day or anything. I said, "you can at least smile", she never looked at me, she just stared in the air with the window still open. I immediately looked up the number and called the store and asked to speak to the manager on shift. The manager was the one who answered the phone. I told her what happened and she said that she was going right then and talk to the young lady and reprimand her. Here's my point, I understand that no one has to be nice to you, but in order for you to keep customers coming back to your place of business you have to give them good "customer service". To me, the workers reflect their leadership. The manager listened to me and I appreciate that, but what about the other people that will encounter this young lady today. From now on I will be going to the McDonalds on Veterans BLVD. They are "always" nice at the drive thru.

Right now, as of 2/14/22, the dining area is closed. You cannot go inside, but you can only go through the drive through. The food however, tastes pretty good, no problems! The area surrounding the area is quite pretty, too.

Waited around 8 min to get my food. Just long enough to start looking around wondering if they forgot about me, but not long enough to be upset, just concerned... until I was on the interstate eating my fries and they were stale. Not warm, not cool; cold and stale. Burger was warm, but NOTHING was HOT or FRESH. I don't mind waiting for food that is freshly prepared, but to wait almost ten minutes for a stale meal is absurd!

Nice people and the food was great

Hot French fries and a large sweet tea. The employees were very nice. Customer service is a plus.

Said the milkshake machine was down even though other people there were getting milkshakes. Cashier also had a very rude and don’t care attitude. Very unsatisfied with the unsalted fries and the overall experience. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Okay so I work an hourly retail job and my boyfriend works fast food so I understand the difficulties that come with the job. So we pull up and the screen to stuck on the last customers order. She just said thank you for choosers mcdonald’s and disappeared and in 4 minutes i watched 3 cars in the other line have their orders placed. Keep in mind they are supposed to keep it down to a minute a window so they are way too long for us. Then my mom walked to the window since they weren’t responding to us to let them know and the girl told her that she can’t do anything without giving us a solution. When she got back to the car the girl once again said thank you for choosing mcdonald’s and my mom pointed out the screen was still stuck the girl said one moment. My mom after a minute of silence said I know what to order even without it if that works. We got no response and after another minute could hear the girl actually taking the order of the person in the other line this was the 4th car which meant after she said hello to us the second time she then started to take the other cars order. I actually had to roll down my window to hear so she had changed something with our speaker because before i could slightly hear through it. We ended up just leaving. If i had been the one driving I would have pulled up to the window and explained to them the incompetence of what she should do but I wasn’t and honestly they should be greatful for that. But this is unacceptable at any place and I would expect at least decent understanding of their job.
