Waited in line for 10 minutes AT THE DRIVE IN MENU, sitting. At the menu. For them to shut the lights off at 9:52 and pretend I wasn't there. The line was wrapped around the place, gas is nearly $4 a gallon, and you think it is appropriate to just shut the lights off nearly 10 minutes before closing and leave people idling? This is customer service?Don't want my money, that's fine. Chick-fil-A sure took it. At 9:58.
Slow. Dining room was closed at 6pm on a Wednesday. Drive through took 30 min. Upside, order was correct (but how hard is it to mess up a 6 piece nugget happy meal) and food was hot.
This location is stupid fast when it comes to their drive thru. They don’t play around. They get your order and get you rolling. I have never had a wrong order here nor have I ever had to wait too long, especially how busy they are every single day.
Absolutely rude. The cashier had a smart mouth. We get to the window her attitude was obvious.after giving me the card back she proceeded to speak with a coworker cussing throwing F bombs and other words because she was suppose to leave already. Window wide open not caring if we as customers could hear her. This chain goes along with the rest of the food service in Dublin. Rude not pleasant

Food was good but the people who work there are pretty rude ? not recommended if you have happy kids who look forward to going :(
It's 2/22/22 @ 9:00. Just walked out cause 2 employees, one with a red skully on and I believe a manager with a black shirt bald head come from outside and started dealing with food. Did not wash hands or anything. Food service score was not displayed either.
Ordered a sweet tea. From $1 menu. Any size soft drinks $1, was charged $1.50 .No employees knew why i was charged that. Most thought would be increase in prices. Sign states $1 for any size soft drinks. In the past orders tea was a $1. Spoke to manager and she argued that tea was not a soft drink. NICKELING AND DIMEING IS King here.Watch what you buy and get.
Your ice cream machine can't be broken every dang time I stop. Just throw it away and take it off the menu.
Worst service of all the fast food establishments in town. Took over 15 minutes to get our order with only two vehicles in front of us. Didn't get any part of the order correct. Don't waste your time going here...
