On Saturday the day before Mother's Day this year, and I must say I was so impressed with the service! Our waitress was so attentive and very on point. I was also amazed with the food, everything was cooked how we asked, the drinks were better than we expected(get the long pour), and for it to have been such a busy weekend it was clean and comfortable. Great job guys!
My first time at Longhorn Steakhouse and it was absolutely amazing! I got the Longhorn Porterhouse (No A1 needed) The staff was awesome they worked together like a well oiled machine, helping each other without being asked or arguing and they were smiling the whole time. The best experience by far I have ever had at a restaurant. I could go on all night... if you are ever in Dublin Georgia Longhorn Steakhouse is definitely the place to eat!
Took my daughter there she wanted onion pedals first of all wasn’t impressed by the hostess. Our food was good server was new and didn’t give us plates, knife for the bread or silverware had to ask for them. Pretty sad when you are breaking your bread with your fingers. My daughter got up the next day puking and diarrhea. She had food poisoning. I called to let them know, NO APOLOGIZE or nothing!!! Nothing from the manager except thank you for letting us know. I have been in the food industry for a long time!! I would be apologizing and asking what I can do to make this right.We probably won’t be back after this poor customer service. Thank you!!
We ate here on a Friday evening and were served by Leah. She was very efficient. Our food (steaks, baked potatoes, shrimp, and salad) were very good. and were delivered quickly. We were favorably impressed because of the number of people in the restaurant.
Had a great time with the family here. Waited about 45 mins to be seated but it was Sunday so we knew that. Waitress was very kind. Two kids orders took forever to come but overall it was a nice time there.
Asked for steak to be cooked Medium, came out Well Done. Wanted Sweet Potato as a side with trimmings, came out with just sprinkled on cinnamon sugar and lukewarm. Service was good but quality of food was subpar at best.
Where to start. Placed order on line. Easy enough. Checked in for curb side pickup. Also easy. Got my order home, now we have a problem. My appetizer was missing, my wife's baked potato was covered in salt, and the steaks we ordered were the smallest we have ever seen and were almost half fat & grizzle. The brussel sprouts had a funny taste and were burnt. Not doing them again.
I am from outside US but have become well acquainted with LongHorn during visits. I visited on a Sunday afternoon but it was not too busy. There is a good selection of meals, mostly but not exclusively steak. My wife and both had steak meals. Worth noting that in the price you get a good size salad and sides. Staff were pleasant and professional. Nice atmosphere.
The salads, seafood and drinks were very good. Prices were higher than a couple months ago. Our server was a bit scatterbrained, but the dining room was almost full with guests waiting. Will return.
The food was great. My steak was cooked perfectly! Our waitress was very nice and on top of things all night.
