Extremely rude! Ordered all dark meat asked the guy that put the order together and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know.
The food has become garbage… Not sure if this chicken is cooked all the way… It’s a bucket of soggy meat… And this was supposed to be cooked fresh… Very disappointed ?
I witnessed the most poorly managed fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Only 2 customers inside lobby during prime lunch hours (12pm) and I witnessed drive thru order after drive thru order incorrectly made. Customers were waiting outside in their cars as employees guessed (yes literally) which order belonged to which car. I witnessed the cashier walk out and in a dozen times to retrieve the correct food or missing drink.My food was given to someone in the drive thru and had to be remade.They were not short staffed- I saw 6 employees and the apparent "owner" walking around on the phone in plain clothes in the back.
Food has been a lot better lately, I'm very happy with the improved quality!
My wife and I ordered the exact same thing with the only exception she got Diet Pepsi and I got regular. We both ordered 3 piece meals. When we got home we both had exactly the same thing except we were charged for 3 pieces and only had 1 piece each. Also, both of our drinks were diet. If we had t been charged for 3 pieces each it wouldn’t have been so bad but after spending over $20.00 and just getting 1 piece of chicken each, inexcusable. We live about 10 miles from there and chose to just eat our food. We called multiple times but it goes to a prompt that says they don’t have a voice mail. Terrible service for a service industry. We won’t be back.
I’ve been to this drive thru 4 times over the last 3 weeks and NEVER got to place an order. If they’re not going to respond to cars at the drive thru, then they should shut it down. Sadly, I used to love the service here…..
This place is awful! They do NOT deserve that one star! I ordered almost 40 dollars worth of food in the drive-thru. Paid the lady at the window and was told to pull up and wait. It took them over 30 mins to bring out my order and it wasn't even what I ordered. I went in the and the manager was like what's wrong with the food, Nothing about why it took so long or I'm sorry about your wait and bringing you the wrong food. Had to wait another 10 mins for her to refund my money while my kids where in the car waiting.
Best place to get chicken pot pie with out the chicken in it... after a 20 minute wait.
They pulled me up. I was waiting 10 mins a guy knocked on my window asked me my order. I waited another 5 mins. Lady dont give me all of my order...i go inside to get the rest of my order...it was so disorganized and the manager looked at me snd turn around snd walked away...terrible service.
Great food and Fast.**EDIT** Food has went down hill. Chicken wings burnt, watered-down gravy and hard biscuits. Was told by corporate that they would send a $25.00 gift certificate to make up for it. I never saw it. Called about it and they claimed they would send it out. Never saw it either. KFC just lost $200.00 a month customers. We will not go to another one.
