1st, we waited over 10 minutes to be waited on inside with one customer already there. 2nd, ordered strawberry shake that had way too much milk, and a cappy blast that they had no vanilla ice cream. Chose another ice cream, and literally chewed ice when drinking it. $15.10 was a waste of my money, and I will not stop there again. Also, there were 4 employees there at the time, and just looked at us, poor, sorry customer service.
I went to Dunkin’s yesterday and had an amazing experience shout out to Trina I believe was her name when I got ordered my drink she seen the girl made a mess on the lid so she went and got me a new lid redid the toppings and made it pretty she also asked me if everything was good and treated me with amazing customer service this girl deserves a raise thank you Dunkin’
The coffee here is great but the people here are even better. They always seem to be smiling and laughing and it’s just what one needs in the morning. A positive start to the day.
The lattes are always luke warm….. you could bath a baby on them☹️ They need better machines.
Half the time you can't get hot food here at night because they turn the ovens off early all the time and they never fill the drink cups all the way up.
Placed an online order went to pick it up and was told they were out of EVERYTHING I ordered and that "she forgot" to tell me. I reached out to Dunkin Donuts customer service and only got one response saying they couldn't find my account so oh well. I told them I ordered as a GUEST but I had my receipt. No responses since then. I basically got ROBBED by DUNKIN DONUTS without a gun. Worst experience of my life at this establishment.
The Employee Name Hanna Is A Very Rude Person ! She answers the drive thru with an attitude ! She always say “please hold” with an attitude and this morning she asked me if I could hurry up with my order! Since the owners has been gone Dunkin’ Donuts has gotten the worst employees and I will no longer give my money to them !
Night crew does not want to serve customers who order something has to be made in the blender always saying the blender is down or maybe they just don't want to make it just certain nights not every night
Awesome coffee and a little cheaper than Starbucks. They also offer tasty breakfast sandwiches and donuts. You can dine in, get it to go, or have it delivered by Door Dash.
When they first open, they were great. I had so many bad experiences with my beverages lately. I would wait a few months and go back just to give them another chance. I had to take my Macchiato back because it tasted more like an old coffee. While the lady was remaking my drink she was playing with her phone, so what ever germs that’s on her phone is in my drink. The second drink was just as horrible as the first. I will just stick to Starbucks from now on. Their drinks are always made to perfection. Never had a problem. Starbucks is simply undefeated. Dunkin’ Donuts is simply horrible. If I could have given them a half of star I would have.
