Normally Chick-fil-A is my favorite and always has good food and good service but today I encountered the worst service I've ever experienced at one. No one was in the drive thru so I got pretty excited until we got to the people who take the orders. Just sitting down looking at their phones not wanting to be there. The one person who did take our order kept making me repeat myself after everything I said and I was yelling. Kept saying "huh" and wouldn't even come up to the window so they could actually hear me. Came across extremely rude. The people handing food out were all confused. It was just a mess all the way around. No wonder no one was in the drive thru.Adding: the fries were so old and soggy that I was choking on them trying to eat them anyways.
As far as the employees go I am satisfied but the store management and that includes district manager is Absolutely Horrific I won't go into much detail but will say it takes more than closing on Sunday to be christian shame on they way they treat customer employees and potential employees it's crazy even slanderous and District manager will make initial contact and never follow up just sad supported this company for many years guess that's over now
It was my first time going here and the service was amazing. I went through the drive-thru and they were helpful the entire time. They gave me a menu to look through and he walked beside my van and didn't rush me. The food was fresh and very good. The lemonade tasted homemade. No wait time!! The whole experience was a 10 out of 10!!!
Amazing as always. Service with a smile, fast in the drive through, hot food with great flavor.
I would give Chick-Fil-A 5 STAR but the attitude of the employe I interacted with today was one of the worst ever so thats downs it to two because they really should pick people with good attitude to work in customer service
This is the first time that we have been here since they remodeled a few months ago. As always fast friendly service and the food is always good.The staff were all wearing mask, but you could see them smiling anyway.Surprised at how few customers were dining in. But, then again we were there around 7:00 p.m.
Chick FIL A is al always a 5 star. Best drive through food you can get!
They know how to get you in and out. Awesome crew takes your order and your payment, often as you are driving ahead. In most cases your order is ready with 1-2 minutes. Always friendly and respectful. The best smiles in town!
