They are some sorry a$$ employees here and I would advise night shift workers are the worse I literally just watched two employees hollering and talking disrespectful in front of customers and goofing around and reheating food so there for its not fresh like it should be if anyone can get me the head managers phone number directly to him/her I would appreciate it
This place is always a disappointment, but they have that terrific playplace. We ordered chicken nuggets & fries for our kids. I tasted their food. It was gross. Unfortunately they no longer serve salads, so my husband walked to a next-door restaurant to buy some food for him and me. The kids love the elaborate play equipment at this BK location. It's an outdoor one and it is really terrific.
The playground was open and my niece loved it. The male worker was cleaning the place like it was his home. It was spotless. The female worker who took my breakfast order was so kind. She help come up with a solution of what to order when they were out of both chocolate milk and french toast sticks for my picky niece.
Fast. Fresh. Economical. Exceptional staff and service. Passing through from FL to NC. We're glad we did!
Food was served hot and tasted great. Customer service was spot on. Very helpful with answers to all our questions.

After leaving a late night ball tournament, we stopped by this very busy Burger King, not expecting much in the way of food or service (based off past late night tournament experiences). Boy were we wrong! We ended up getting friendly service (even though they were slammed) and the best food we had all day! Both burgers and fries were hot and on point. Thanks so much for making this baseball family happy...it was a homerun guys ?
I have to change my 4-star rating to a 2-star rating. Their breakfast crew is top-notch when it comes to food, but in the afternoon, the cooks are doing horribly. I got a couple of food items for me and my daughter, and the jalapeno poppers were hard and chewy, barely warm at all, and you could tell that they had been under a heating lamp for hours. The evening staff just doesn't care. I've had this experience several times in the afternoon, but have kept from saying anything because I love breakfast from here. Unfortunately, I'm just going to have to split the difference. The morning staff gets a four-star in the evening staff gets zero Stars, this this 2-star rating. Sorry, but I gave you a shot.
