I only wanted to leave this one-star review for the afternoon manager TRACY. I went into Burger King on the 20th of April and kept my receipt for the free whopper with any purchase after the survey completion. I returned to BK on the 21st (today) and the cashier was nice enough to help me but needed her manager code to void my whopper. Tracy walked over not even sounding polite or personable and as she continued scanning over my receipt she said, “OH NO, that’s not enough digits you need at least 8 digits on here” and I proceeded to tell her that this was the code I was given and I was just in the restaurant the day before. She didn’t care and acted as though there was nothing she could do. I work at the library so I definitely know how to work a computer and write a code down for a free burger… she was rude and walked off as if not to even care to listen. I am on a budget and I’m not ashamed to say that. Maybe that burger was the ONLY thing I could afford for a full meal at that time. Thanks TRACY, because of you I had the worst experience and I’ll be sure to never return again.
The cashier held me at gunpoint and took all of my money while the kitchen staff laughed and cheered him on. Afterwards, they took me hostage and fed me nothing but stale french fries for six days.5 stars

Waited almost 30 minutes before I got my order. Food was lukewarm
if you go thru the drive thru after dark they just won't answer you

Used drive thru and it was fast and easy. Window ladies were nice!!

I have been there 5 times in 2 months and everytime my food was wrong and COLD. I talked with the manager too and it seems as if he didn'tCare. I don't think i will go back anytime soon
Everytime I order from there at different times my fries are always hot, a couple sandwiches were messed up but at least the crew were nice and restaurant was decently clean
