3 times we have been here for a banana split and they say we're out of banana 's. It's on YOUR menu ! Get bananas. Another time I go in and there's Noone around . I start to think they've been robbed and are locked in the back. What is going on in this place ? I'venever seen such bad management.. I'll do without before I go back to that place.
I was really wanting Baskin Robbins ice cream today. I drove 25 miles from home to get it. I was so disappointed in the service that I didn't even order ice cream. We walked in and there were only two people sitting down finishing up and one car in the drive thru. There were at least 5 employees there and no one waited on us. We stood there about 5 minutes and finally a lady came over with her mask down putting on gloves asking if someone had waited on us. We explained to her that there was a woman. Getting ice cream when we walked up but that no one had waited on us. Another employee yelled from the other side counter that "she was making a milk shake. She wasn't waiting on them I don't know what they talking about". I was astonished by the attitude and I walked out. I will not return. This is not the type of service I expected from Baskin-Robbins.

I dont recommend this location at all my family and I visiting from out state to visit the grandparents that live here decided on ice cream after dinner we arrive and parked probably 8 mins before closing, doors were locked and we tried both doors plus the open sign was on. No big deal we will go through the drive-thru and order something simple. Pulled up and finally someone came on the speaker we are closed, grandpa asked when did you start closing at 9:58 person on the speaker what do you want? Very rude i know my kids would of been happy with whatever. Well anyways it 9:58! If you closed before the time on your door or what's on the website turn your open sign off. I'm very disappointed with this location and the attitude.
Went to get ice cream and went to the drive-in window. Employee was about two feet from me and WAS NOT WEARING A MASK !! Masks are required in public places by order of the City of Dublin and the employees are clearly ignoring the ordinance. My gosh!! We are in a pandemic that is killing our friends and family. The manager needs to have a serious talk with these people. If I go back, I will refuse the purchase if the people want to give it to me and are not wearing masks. I WAS WEARING A MASK AND I WAS IN A CAR.
Absolutely the worst service across the nation.
Staff was rude, clearly bothered by us asking questions...didn't the stay try to the ice cream - won't pay to be treated with disrespect - went instead to DQ up the road, not our first choice but FRIENDLY employees who want to help.

Inside tables and chairs were not clean, had to sit outside.
Clean,friendly staff and fresh donuts. They make a good cappuccino. Always stop by when we are in town.
