Ordered the two for 6.00 deal. They only gave me one pack of bbq sauce. Check your bags before leaving Arby's.
Love Arby's! Did not have my usual coupons but tried the fish sandwich, curly fries, large ice tea and vanilla shake with whipped cream and some top, spoon, napkins...no lines! I walked inside...no line, change in shift? No prob... I had much more time to decide what kind of shake I really wanted! Vanilla, 0f course! Great service! Arby's never fails me!?
Took forever, and my fries were supposed nto be curly but got a stale/old mix of both! Mediterranean wrap was good tho
Absolutely no TEAM effort from any of the employees. They did not care that customers were lining up to place orders. The drink machine was taken apart and we all had to wait to fix our drinks. The staff just didn’t care at all.
Food was hot, staff was polite but very limited. Covid has created a mess

The food was good and got it pretty quick but the customer service was slacking in the communication dept. Plus they had all the lights off outside leaving many to assume they're not open. All the other fast food places had cars around the buildings but not this place. I was the only customer who came through thére at that time.

Forgot pieces of my order and when I got home 20 miles away, my sandwich that I decided to eat, a medium beef and cheddar, had ONE single half a slice of roast beef on it. I’m so ill with this sorry excuse for a restaurant that I threw it in the trash.
