They run your card for more than 1 order without you knowing. they apparently won't take a cadence, so when given a paypal debit card. they ran it 3 times. I would check your bank or credit card after you purchase from them!!
I ordered a cheddar bacon triple cheeseburger and they gave us a single cheddar bacon cheeseburger our price was over $11.00 for Just the sandwich. Not the meal my boyfriend was very disappointed when I got home we live in Eastman GA and the store was in Dublin GA it's 30 minutes away and I wasn't going back to Dublin. Y'all need to do better people. ....
Employees seem lazy, food is not cooked to order and is not fresh. My cheese sticks were old and hard. My jalapeño wrap had banana peppers in it instead of jalapeños. It was gross, threw them both away and I am not a picky eater by far.

They are fast on your orders and they have really good food.I would recommend that place to anyone.

They need to know their business... They hold their sandwiches Way beyond hold times the meat was dry slightly green brown edges... They slice too much they need to chill out so to keep the meat and the sandwiches etc fresh...
Bought two country style rib sandwiches and the meat from both sandwiches combined wasn't enough for one sandwich. The country style rib sandwich has been my favorite, but why would you put 75% less meat? The sandwiches were basically just bread.
We are just bewildered why this happened if u look at sandwich on the right wife took a bite and quickly spit out.. by that time we were 10 miles down the road. The person that made these knew what they were doing and was some kind of sick joke. Proves that this place will hire anyone from the ground up to the sorry manager's of this establishment. As with any place that serves food the finish product says it all.
We went through the drive thru at Arby's & the staff seemed to be taking proper pandemic precautions. They were friendly & the food was fresh & delicious!
