Walk in and stand there, make eye contact with the manager. I would assume thats who she was by the way she was dressed, no one comes to seat us, then two guys come over and say hang on a minute. He proceeds to say he’s going to check for a table. There is a customer eating in the bench table beside the entrance the employee sits down and talks with and forgets about us completely mind you I’ve been sanding here for almost 7-10 minutes. He shrugs his shoulder at his co worker who is obviously tell him to get us a table but no success. I turned and walked out and told the people coming what happened and they left with me. Absolutely nothing professional about this place at all. The way the present themselves unprofessional, their behavior, and their cleanliness are absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place for anyone and I will never go back to that Applebees establishment ever again.
The food was was good but about 3 weeks prior to this day you got a whole lot more ribs on your plate and it was better it seems like they really cut back on what they're giving you now as far as a waitress they don't get no better than Nikki Nikki is the best everybody ought to be like Nikki Nikki is fabulous great personality great person very attentive but I was disappointed in the food this time cuz I didn't get nowhere near what I normally get I also heard that they had a new cook in the kitchen so I don't know if that was why or what but I'll go back but I would have gave it five stars if I would have got the same amount that I got before Mickey will always get five stars she's a great waitress
The steak I ordered was cooked well, the food overall was good. Service was a bit slow. Be prepared to wait a bit when you order.
Wait staff Service was extremely slow and got the orders wrong. While I don't normally complain, this needs addressed. Our waitress took the drink orders, then had to come back 3 times to ask again what it was we wanted. We had to flag her down to order food. The food took a long time to come and then was not what was ordered! Charged us the adult prices for kid's dinners. Food was not hot by the time we received it.

Consistent quality of food. Always clean when we visit. Wait staff friendly and knowledgeable.

They ran out of pasta sauce so I got the riblets. They were awesome
