Zaxby's: Douglasville on Concourse is the WORST!!! I'LL NEVER spend another copper coin here!! Having people sit in line for over 30+ to tell them we're closed is unacceptableservice SUCK!!
The food is typically pretty good. Customer Service normally is too, was not today @11:30am. The manager at the drive thru was very short and had almost 4 Cars park to bring out food. I get that there are points of high traffic, but it was not and it seemed like almost every car got parked that was driving through. Be better to just wait and serve each customer
We just came from Zaxby's drive-thru. Let me tell you the food was amazingly fresh and delicious!!! Customer service was very professional. Thank you to the cooks who worked tonight because they did their thang!! Plus drive-thru was super long. I had to call which I spoke with Manager Dare. He was very appreciative, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you guys for your hard work!!!?????
The food was not ready when it was supposed to be so I ended up waiting an extra15 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. The worst part was the girl working the front. Nelly was her name and she was indifferent and rude. She should find another job because she's not good at get current one.
This Zaxby’s has really went downhill every time we go there we seem to get extremely slow and rude service our experience last night was waiting in line that was barely moving at the end of the situation I believe it was almost on purpose what they were doing when we finally got up to the speaker they said that their restaurant was closed it was now 1017 even though we had been in line for a very long time three cars up from us the person said that they had been in line for 30 to 45 minutes and was dealing with the same situation went up to the window and asked for the manager got no resolution same answer requested the corporate number or franchise owners contact information said they were unable to give out owners number and corporate they are not very rude The quality already at this location and the food is definitely not the same quality that it was five years ago understand times are hard but there’s no reason to be unkind to people will not visit anymore I live in Douglasville it’s a shame
The wait was insane and my wife did not think the salad was fresh. May need to revamp their dine in and drive thru flow. Thought coming into the restaurant would be quicker then waiting in the drive thru but was completely wrong. May need to consult with Chick FIL A.
EXTREMELY SLOW Zaxby’s. POOR MANAGEMENT AND FRANCHISE! They have SEVERAL people working inside each time I go. But the workers are inside having conversations with each other with their arms folded and ignoring the orders. Each time I’ve gone to this location, it has taken approx. 45min-1hr to get through the line and receive my food. When I received my ordered I had approx 10 fries and they were BURNT. No sauce either! They do not care for the patrons or their time. AVOID THIS LOCATION! FIND ANOTHER LOCATION! Everyone, please contact Corporate with your experiences here! I certainly did! They need to know this location is HORRIBLE! Whoever is giving this location great reviews obviously work there! Wake up Corporate! I won’t be back! You do not deserve my money or support!
Only children work there. A line of cars outside too many customers inside waiting for there orders while the employees play around inside. Friends come to visit so they walk outside to their friends while customers wait for their orders...
SLOWWWWW DRIVE THRU… When I get to the speaker, they tell me to pull up to the window to place order. For what when you can hear me and I can hear you? Poor customer service, poor business period. I’ve been in this line for a hour now…. I get places are understaffed, but how come this Zaxby’s in particular can’t get or keep employees? Please do better.
This location is lousy in service. They are slow with apathetic attitudes. Chick-fil-A where you're given phenomenonal service with amazing attitudes is only a few minutes away. Save yourself some annoyance and go to Chick-fil-A instead.
