Man I've ate chicken wings a lot of places and I was traveling from Birmingham al and stopped in douglasville ga and these are by far the best wings so fresh so flavorful great people if anywhere deserves 5 stars it's here I had to turn around and go back for more......yes that good

Took over 30 mins to get my food after I placed it 15 mins in advance online...
Very disappointing. Trash on the floor and unclean tables is a telltale sign they don't clean as often as they should on a not-busy day. But their WORST offense was this sorry excuse for wings, I ordered a 5 or 6pc lemon pepper dry rub, real basic. But they literally just poured some of the dry rub on top. I'm pretty sure they've got them frozen in the back and stick them in a fryer. The fries were passable, I didn't care for the sweet tea. Fountain drinks were about par as well.If you're hungry and don't want too long of a wait it's edible, but I wouldn't pay $14 for this again.

Loved the food! Customer service was great :) Definitely coming back, thank you guys!!
Wings are good but some of the front cashiers could use a little training on speech and customer service. Couldn’t really understand the tall African American female possibly teenager with long braids,long eyelashes and scarf on her head- she talked really fast and was not welcoming at all. As soon as I entered store she says in a quick flat tone “Picking up?” a simple greeting such as “Welcome” or “How are you?” would’ve been more appropriate. She doesn’t even make eye contact with customers, just repeats statements over and over because she doesn’t want to open her mouth all the way to talk. You can definitely tell she doesn’t enjoy her job at all. Please hire employees who are somewhat cheery and are easy to understand. Just because this place serves hot wings doesn’t mean it has to be GHETTO.

Location is clean, fast and staff is polite. Food is always fresh and flavorful.
