So I attempted to purchase a 8 wing combo and an impossible burger which I have had before and it was amazing, this time the cook blackened my burger bun as it was hard to the touch, I didn’t even ask that he re cook my food I simply asked for a new top bun in which the owner refused to give me a new top bun, I understand he was the only cook this day but when another worker tried to switch the top bun (due to him being so busy that he’s burning the customers food) the owner wouldn’t allow the worker to switch my bun either. I have spent a lot of money at this restaurant only to be treated like this, so I will NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS WNB FACTORY RESTURANT OFF FAIRBURN RD DOUGLASVILLE… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And yes I asked for a refund!!!Thank you to the two young ladies who gave me excellent customer service. And this is my burnt bun perfect example of the poor customer service this establishment gives out, instead of an apology the owner responds by telling lies I ordered my food from FAIRBURN rd WNB Factory and not once did I have a bad attitude unless your talking about the horrible smell when you first walk in from a possible stale mop, I just asked what that smell was yes I had a bad attitude after you took my money and gave me burnt food yes I then had an attitude because you didn’t have the decency to simply replace the burnt bun you won’t stay in business like this by treating good customers BAD!!! Here’s a picture of my burnt bun…. See for yourself and it was hard I don’t like hard bread… NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!!! P.S THERE IS A HUGH DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STEAK AND BREAD!!! FOR THE RECORD I DO NOT EAT BURNT STEAK EITHER!!!! I’m not a big bread person but I re ordered the burger because it was good AND THE BUN WAS SOFT… THATS HOW IT WAS SERVED THE FIRST TIME I PURCHASED IT, IF YOU WANT TO EAT BURNT FOOD THATS ON YOU, DON’T TRY TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS EAT BURNT FOOD BECAUSE YOU EAT IT…GOOD BY✌️
This was a hidden gem. Leaving Atlanta and stopped to eat, my family found this place. The service was friendly and very helpful. We ordered a burger, wings, and a chicken philly, all with fries. Very filling and had tons left over. We will find this place again when we return to Georgia.

Ordered the extra hot crispy. About 5 minutes later my was good was done. I'm like that was kinda quick. Checked my food. The wings were dry like no sauce on them so I asked for more. No steam or nothing for something made fast. Got home and ate one wing and it taste like that old freezer burn taste. Through it in the trash. WASTED my money n will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.
I grew up in PA in the suburbs of Philadelphia and spent a portion of my childhood in NJ, as well. I moved to FL/GA in 2005 and have been on the search for food that reminds me of home, namely, cheese steaks, pizza, etc., and to no avail. Today (3/23) was my birthday and I didn't want to cook and I surely didn't want any nasty fast food. I found your restaurant on Doordash and look at your menu, and while I didn't have high hopes, I saw the cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks and I had to give it a go. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with mushrooms and grilled onions for myself. You guys... Wow! Thank you for "taking me home" for my birthday. You've gained a new customer and are now my new favorite spot. My chicken cheesesteak was absolutely incredible, from the perfect roll, to the meat, to the cheese, to the excellent flavor. I have not been home to PA since 2005 and I am seriously homesick. I know it's just food.... But thank you, I am so glad I gave it a try!
I ordered delivery back in March. Supposedly delivery is supposed to be free but the system kept shooting me to doordash which charges insane fees. Whatever.So i ordered three burgers, three shakes, and some wings. We got two burgers, two shakes, and wings. I called, first she insisted the order was complete and then all of a sudden says, 'oh.' half the receipt was still there. Yeah. She then insisted the delivery was free but no, it wasn't. Ultimately she finally said she would instigate a refund but it would take a week.Ok. It's now been almost a month and no refund. My receipt was ripped in half when i got it so i can't prove anything. My kids said the burgers were good but i have no idea. I paid $87.80 for two burgers, two shakes, and some wings due to doordash fees and a missing dinner.. Ridiculous.If they read this and make good I will come edit this review.

Asked for bacon cheese tots and got regular fries my ole lady asked for mild wings and got hot. When I said something about it they said it’d be a few minutes. 30 minutes later they tell me your food can’t be made because we have to shut the store down. 2/25/22
The okra is really good! Plus there are always specials and the customer service is nice when I’ve been there. This is also the only location that will offer free food sometimes so that’s nice
Placed a order was told it would be 25 mins I went in 25 mins later to pick up my food. Paid $62.00 and left. Drove 5 minutes home. Pulled the food out to all of our burgers were fixed wrong and cold. Called and told them to be told they won't refund us or credit us for a later date. Don't wast your time or money here. We try to eat at local restaurants but this will be our last time. AMEX is working on a refund for us.
