The food was terrible. My wings were cold, fries soggy. The cola machine tasted like straight carbonated water. The place was a mess; fries all over the floor In the kitchen. There was one employee just sitting on his phone the whole time. And the lady who gave me my order had an attitude. Overall would not recommend this location to anyone wasted $12 and couldn’t eat my food.
This was my first time at a wing stop. Wings were pretty good. Fries were disgusting. Looked like the oil was really old. Employees were not wearing gloves to handle and pack the food.
Service was awful at this location. First, When I first walked to the counter I wasn't greeted professionally with a hello from the cashier. Secondly, the face of the cashier was downtrodden and stoic. Thirdly, the store wasn't clean. The floors were extremely sticky, the windows had fingerprints on them, and there were flies flying around. Fourthly, it took almost 15 minutes for 12 boneless wings and fries. And there was only 1 person inside waiting for an order. The customer service was extremely distasteful. You should definitely not hire people with a poor or lack of work ethic.I give the visit two stars because the boneless wings were made right.
Had my order delivered for the first time and came hot, package correctly and In a timely manner. The only issue is they never read the online order correctly. I request 1/2 boneless 1/2 original BUT they never give boneless wings when ask. This is 3RD time I have received all original wings instead of boneless. Otherwise it seems this location is trying to do better. I hope they can stay on track and start reading orders correctly.
I visted this location 5/13/22, @5:50 pm. It is now 6:35 pm for my food not to be done. The manager had her young boys going back and fourth behind the counter helping make orders without gloves (They both look 12 years old) . Their was no type of communication but her young boys fighting in the lobby the entire time we were in there. After waiting 30+ mins in there I decided to ask for a refund because we have yet received our food and the a manager gave us attitudes about the situation and also made us give her back our drinks. Sitting in the parking lot of this location. The cashier took my order then walked to the prep counter and began eating fries with her fingers from the bowl they were using for customers’ fries. Kudos to the woman who I assume was the manager. She quickly addressed the issue, apologized profusely, and gave me and another waiting customer a refund
30 piece wings way over cook, the wings so dry,my husband only ate 4 piece, very disappointed ?
GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!Not worth a 1 star! Ordered food over 2 hours ago! Tracking showed 4 different driver names, can no longer be reached when you call hours shown shows store should be open. Called the store serval times, rings and rings then goes into a full memory. Order confirmation for 60-66 minutes. Cant call anyone, no communication at all since my confirmation! POOR BUSINESS STRUCTURE! NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED ANY SERVICE LIKE THIS! FROM THE REVIEWS I SEE NOW I SHOULD HAVE NOT EVEN HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. THE FOOD PROBABLY SUCKS AS WELL DEFINITELY WILL NEVER TRY THIS PLACE AGAIN!
Went to pick up my sister inlaws order and they was closed at 10:30 when there hours are posted on the door open from 11 am to midnight. And my sister inlaw is not the only one that had money taken out of her bank account there was another lady that was parked next to us said money was taken out if her account too. And another person pulled up and said they gave him the wrong food and that it was cold. Yall need to do better
I was very disappointed. I ordered offline the 6 pc wing combo with a drink and fries with a side of ranch. I also added a side of celery. When I pulled up two of the workers were outside talking to someone in a car goofing off. There was only one worker in the kitchen when I walked inside. When the ladies finally came in I was informed they were out of drinks and celery. The cashier proceeded to give me a refund for my drink and celery. When I got home with my food I did not have a ranch with my food and the wings were barely covered in the sauce I ordered. I will not be wasting my money at this stop anymore. Very displeased.
