March 20, 2020 @ 2:20p I went to Wendy’s on Douglas Blvd and the service was beyond terrible. Let’s start with the order taker, she was talking to her coworkers while taking my order. She didn’t repeat the order back to me.I asked the young lady that takes the payment to confirm my order and of course the order was wrong. The cashier corrected my order. So Thank you to this young lady (window cashier) who was both pleasant and attentive. Then I get to the window to receive my food. The young lady who is light skin, long braids and wears pink eye shadow should never be allowed to interact with humans. She opened the window handed me my bag and left. She didn’t say one word. I checked my food only to have received the wrong order. I informed this unprofessional employee with the pink eye shadow that I didn’t order what was in this bag. She snatched the burger out my hand ang gave me the correct burger that was still not made correctly. I also didn’t get my cup of water. I definitely will not be returning to this Wendy’s ever. Whoever the staff that was in these positions today definitely need to be trained in hospitality.
Went here to get lunch. Big mistake. Ordered Dave double meal - as is. Ordered a double hamburger with just lettuce. Didn’t say cheeseburger, said hamburger. She read it back and stupid mistake of mine but I did not check them as I was pushed for time on break. Incompetent staff Ruined both burgers - Dave double had only lettuce and cheese, other had cheese and lettuce. The reason I said double HAMBURGER is due to an allergy. 2 peoples lunch ruined. Not everyone can eat cheese! Try listening and actually do your job correctly.Tried to send complaint via website but it tells you “wrong email format”.
This location is my favorite. The staff is always friendly and willing to fix any mistake made if any without an attitude. Ms Vee, Selena, and CJ are my favorite team members!
Whole experience seemed pleasant up until I got ready to eat my burger. All I wanted was a Bacon Cheddar and small fry. Whoever was on the grill today, you probably was having an off day, but karma coming back to you times 10. One piece of bacon and a bunch of burnt ? from the grill. For all the extra charred stuff, the burger was still pink too…. Tossed it.
This Wendy's has gotten my order wrong on 2 separate occasions with 2 completely different staff. The food still tastes great though, but service is horrendous.
App shows dining room should be open and so does the door. Guess employees didn't wanna deal with customers so they just locked the doors.Update: after 30 mins in the drive through they couldn't find the order in their system.
Just stopped by to grab breakfast before a kicking camp for our son. Honey butter biscuit was freshly made. Chicken was done perfectly (not dry). They only carry grape jelly though ?
It was fast service. I liked that each person's order was separately bagged. Eliminated confusion. Food was good.
I dont know. Its Wendy's, so the food was what I expected. Customer Service in Douglasville fast food needs improvement.
Food very good there needs to be more attention to detail give sweet tea instead of unsweetened
