Very unprofessional!!This was the worst I have seen in a very long time.The staff upon going in, did not acknowledge the 2 ppl that were ahead of me, the 1st guy left after several minutes of waiting.I was very hungry (pregnant mommy wanted Wendy’s) so I continued to wait. Finally our orders were taken only for us to witness the staff dancing to music playing in the back, speaking loudly and also using profanity to One Another.I was taken back and bothered because there were several kids there, including my son.The food was hot and good.The restroom was clean.The Staff gets 0 stars
Staff is apparently all pretty rude. Both drive thru windows said nothing- no greeting / “have a nice day” or anything. Second window practically flung the food out and closed the window back saying nothing. I said “thanks have a good one” loud enough for them to hear me and the lady threw her hands up like that was asking for a lot. I get it’s fast food but a little bit of customer service would be nice. Hard to wanna spend money somewhere that makes you feel inconvenient.
If I could give negative stars I would. The attitude from the people that work at this wendys is unbelievable. Even when you're being nice they're rude for no reasonOne morning I arrived and sat at the drive thru for a good amount of time. No one ever responded on the drive thru intercom so we drove up to the window because it was supposed to be open they supposedly opened at 6:30 it was 7.. roni very rudly shooed us off without even speaking to us. We said oh well and took the L and went to waffle house next door where the customer service was beyond amazing. Another morning same thing pulled up at 7 they supposedly opened at 6:30 no answer at the intercom so we pulled up to the window some female associate came to the window and told us the system was rebooting they're not taking ordersWell we had time to wait so we asked how long does it usually take? She scoffed and slammed the drive thru window ignoring our question more money for waffle house. Well Today we showed up and surprisingly someone started taking our order well roni was walking to the trash and seen us ordering and started shooing us off and saying we're closed and shaking his head. We kept ordering when we got to the window to pay we asked the person taking the card what time do they open this girl closed the window on us and ignored our question. Another woman came to the window so we asked her as well since we were ignored the first time by the other chick. We asked "what time do yall open?" She responded "whenever we're ready to" oh.. alrighty then I just don't understand why be so hateful this is the job you chose you chose customer service work well shorty don't know she was caught in 4k. And I believe she was a manager too bahaha straight to corperate we go. If the store says opens at 6:30 if we're there at 7am there's no reason why you should be telling us you're closed. Then when asked about store hours be rude for no reason
This evening was a very rude night with a women over the microphone. I waited in line with no problem. When it was my turn a women came on the mic saying the system was down. Another employee who was a gentleman came on the mic saying can I take your order. As I was about to proceed with my order. Another employee who was a gentleman was on a smoke break. We were talking trying to figure if the system was actually down. The women came back on the microphone rude yelling at me telling me the system was down. The employee who was on his smoke break witness how rude she was and he gave a facial expression just as I did… (negative) If the system is down why your employee came on the microphone saying, “ can I take your order?”. In the future y’all have to know how to talk to people and communication goes along way… this is 3 Wendy’s employees that were not on the same page accordantly.
Food is great, when they can get it right. Three times my orders have been wrong. Ordered bacon got sausage, ordered 2 sandwiches got 3, ordered Dr. Pepper got coke. But they always make it good.
CHECK your order! I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese this morning. They gave me a sausage egg biscuit without cheese, but I didn't find out until I arrived at work. Not to mention they charged me .60 for cheese. These places no you don't have time to return the food once you're at work. I will just start going back to Burger King down the street since they always get my order right.
I had the honey chicken biscuit. It was really good. Also the drive thru staff was very courteous. Good food plus cool people equals a great time.
Food was hot and fresh. The only issue is no one said a word to me. I got to the window to pay...waited for the clerk she came and got my money...didn't say a word. I pulled up to the next window...no one said anything and just started handing my food to me.
I've been going here a lot since I moved to Douglasville and they never disappoint. Idc what time of day or how busy it is, the customer service in the drive-through is thorough and courteous, and the line moves smoothly every time.
Went through drive through and the lady charged my card twice for 2.77 which she know that wasnt my order i ordered a 4 for 4 which was 4.28 tried calling and bo answer this was on 2/26/22 I’m going back for my refund. It’s always something at this Wendy’s
