Honestly I love this Taco Bell location. My husband and I get take out form here a few times a week. They always get my order right and even let me change the drinks when we order the wrong one. Couldn't rate them any higher. Everyone there is nice and I have never had a problem with them.
Never had an issue with this store until today. Picked up a mobile order and part of it was wrong. I called to inform them of this and the little girl who answered the phone said to bring the food and receipt back and they would replace the order. Told her part of the food had already been ate and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. As a former Sr Asst Mgr for Taco Bell, I know this is highly unacceptable. I will be finding out who the franchiser is and moving this on up the chain of command. The food we got was hot and fresh, but buyer beware, check your order before leaving.
Do not order online. After you sit in the drive thru line for 20 minutes the manager will tell you need to come inside. After you get inside you will wait another 20 minutes. Angel is the manager at this location. Told me she was short staffed and had 6 employees including herself.A manager is to lead and be organized. The prep stations are filthy and so is the dining room area. Go to the drive thru do not use the app. Management does not follow the Taco Bell policy for the mobile orders.
I ordered here after such a long day and the employee running the drive thru made the finality of my day that much better. She was so nice and friendly. Food was great also! Nice and fresh!
They should be ashamed! Ordered a steak quesadilla and this is what I was given! And it was freezing cold! The taco that came with the combo was laying in the bag with no wrapper!
Order 215093. I ordered a chicken Power bowl with no black beans and subbed the black beans for refried beans there was no charge for the sub. Order 215096. I ordered two chicken power bowls to go and did the same thing with the black beans. This time they added the black beans at a charge of $1.98. so I told them to give me the black beans where I could throw them away. Everybody at Taco Bell should be charging the same amount of money instead of different fees for different sales people. Store number 035182.In addition you cannot submit a complaint on their website.
Terrible wait as always.. messed up order(placed online) got some chips and cheese which looked dumped upside down in bag. Had to go into store because of a whole missing order.. they were upset because my daughter went into lobby that was unlocked and opened. Over all bad experience will not be going back. Hire better people. This is not the first time of a mess up.
USE THE DRIVE THRU EVEN IF IT LOOKS CRAZY LONG CUZ THOSE ORDERS ARE PRIORITIZED. My food was all made right and all in my bag. Food quality was great possibly at the top of all taco bells i normally visit.Wait time was horrible insideIt was around 9pm and i had to wait for about 30 minutes. My friend with me ordered separately but less than 2 minutes before me. And my order wasnt ready for another 20 minutes after he got his. There appeared to be more than enough workers staffed that night. A door dash delivery person was there long before i arrived and his online orders were still not ready for him to deliver when we left. In their defense, this is one of 2 restaurants open that late within a very large radius.
This is usually my favorite Taco Bell until I came on the 19th and ordered the Chulupa deluxe box once I got home whole order wrong chulupa was soggy and cold the Doritos locoa taco soggy cold no cheese sauce. Food seem like it had been sitting for a few hours the only thing I was able to eat was the 7 layer burrito or at least I thought I became sick later that night and still sick now Food poisoning. I will not be eating from this establishment ever again.
Was told it was just the sauce packets. As if that makes it acceptable. They were polite and all and gave me a refund but they acted as if that was unreasonable to give me a refund. No I don't want you to make me another one. I wouldn't eat anything from a dirty restaurant like this. Or anyone's home that is dirty like this. That was my third and final try at this location.
