Their service seems to being slower, customer service getting less and less polite and accurate, with portion is getting smaller and smaller. I ordered a bean burrito with cheese, it seemed to have barely a pinch of cheese, and so little beans it looked like a cheesey roll up. A third of the time we order at this location we wind up having to go back because something was wrong or missing. I would recommend checking your order before you pull away if you ordered drive through.
I won't be back but be careful, they'll take an online order and have the doors locked when you get there saying they close 30 minutes prior to when you placed your order. I've never left a review before, this has happened twice though. Worked at Taco Bell myself, Papa John's too. Close the store, close your system too. Or call those that can. Not hard man. Foods alright when they do have it open
It's so sad how a few unmannerly, disrespectful, no class having people, can cause a businesses to have a horrible reputation. I'm well aware not everyone in the building acts like that. If I could give my experience a 0, I would. And...it was coming from the trashy acting, ill-tempered, rude shift manager. I will be calling their corporate office.
I was told that I couldn't get a party pack. The party pack is on the menu. Then was told they are only making small orders and taking card only no cash. Employees were rude. Also stuck in line after waiting in long line.
Seriously the best Taco Bell in the Douglasville area. Customer service is average but the food is always Hot and not warm. The other 2 taco bells in D-ville always serve warm meals, and do not proportion/mix the ingredients/fillings that well.
Service was fine but my food was combined with other foods i didn’t order and it was annoying because i was really hungry.. and my cinnamon twists had no cinnamon and it made me very angry.
The reviews that are low for this store are the self entitled ones. This taco bell is the best around. One lady said this is why "you people" dont deserve 15$ an hour. "You people" just screams self entitled because the person rudely said to order on the screen. Come on 1 star for that?? Try not taking this so personal princess. Another guy said one star for not having ingredients now I have to wait in line to get out of drive thru. We are going thru a pandemic creating a shortage on alot of things. They cant have any control over that. Everybody is ordering something because you have to wait. They have enough ingredients for them huh? Customers are getting worse and worse. Stop being so entitled people.
Taco Bell food is quick, cheap, and not too bad.
This location should be used as the perfect example of how to run and operate a fast food restaurant! Fast service, friendly and engaging associates. WELL DONE!
Beware of the ?ty service. As I was reviewing the menu, the unprofessional, thin, short, dark skin female rudely asked me to place my order at the self service kiosk. So am I unable to look at the menu? I never asked her to place my order or demanded an employee service me immediately after walking in.This is why you people deserve minimum wage.
