The floors were covered in water because they were cleaning (the strong smell of Clorox gave me a headache) in the dining room, yet all the tables were nasty. I guess tables aren’t a priority.After we placed our order we found out about all the things they didn’t have.Really pitiful excuse of a restaurant even for fast food.
This place is a joke. Allegedly open till 1am.Came here at 10pm (drive through) and the woman inside first asked me if I was door sash or if I was placing an order. I said placing an order she then said well it’s going to be an hour because her system was down. I asked, “well should I place it through the door dash app?” She didn’t say anything. It went silent and then she comes back an says either wait an hour or not. Who ever owns this franchise or operates it needs to see about their employees.
Worst Taco Bell ever. Ordered a vegan fiesta veggie burrito like many times before yet today got with everything and told by manager they don’t do that!! I think some training is in order. Plus the entire staff was rude when requesting my vegan order to be corrected. Don’t go here other customers also returning food. Go to Fairburn Rd and got what I ordered with a smile.
Food was great, service not so great!! Sooo whatta ya do?? I gotta have my Nacho fries!
make your own tacos at home. if you just want the 'taste' of taco bell, stop at the grocery store and just buy some taco bell sauce.I stopped coming here when I ordered the 10-12 soft taco box and my tacos had tears in the packaging and the meat leaking in the box.Then, to add insult to injury, I noticed that they only threw 2 sauces in the box.....exiting right >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Our order, three beef tacos was cold, they did not give us napkins and they don’t have the food and/or drinks listed on the menu!
I mean every time I come to this Taco Bell every time it never fails my order is always wrong.... I mean always wrong, always, always, always, wrong..... I mean how do you mess up a taco and put steak in a taco??♀️??♀️.....not one time just one time have my order ever been right. .....I mean at this point I think they should just shut down for a week and just do some training with everyone because this is just crazy.
Day crew- fast and accurate every time.THAT NIGHT CREW THOUGH- barely talk to you when ordering drive thru, mess up orders, but the worse part has to be sitting in a 4 car line for 30mins every time u go at night. Especially painfully long when u sit there for 30 mins staring at 3 other cars. Pull up to the window and everyone is walking around and chatting
Just waited in line inside for over 15 minutes to place an order and the ladies working inside ignored me when I asked for help multiple times. Absolutely ridiculous especially when I’m on my lunch break. They were more concerned with talking then working. Managers need to focus on their customers service. This isn’t the first time also.
