Trash service & the woman working the drive-thru was extremely disrespectful. I don't know if she was having a bad night or what but she should learn how to treat people with the same respect given to her or find another job. Don't know her name but she was an African American woman with long blonde/brown locs, which were not in a net btw.
I ordered from Taco Bell off of DoorDash last night I ordered the chicken quesadilla combo 12 pack of Cinnabon‘s two fiesta potatoes and a drink the only thing they got right was a drink I didn’t get anything else they gave me to nacho Bell grande‘s the chips were stale and they were my door dasher goes back to the store to tell them he got the wrong order they tell him they’re closed and then when I open one of the tacos there’s no meat in it just cheese Just makes no sense
This is by far the best taco bell I been to. Every time I visit nothing but GREAT customer service. However, I must SHOUTOUT Ms. Holly!!! Jolly Holly :-). If 5-stars could be a person, she is it! Her service is excellent. Customer service goes a long way. I appreciate you Holly. Keep being you and oh so jolly :-)
Damn good food at 10pm. Probably the best taco bell I've ever been to. The hot part of the food was hot, the cold part was cold, everything was fresh. I went back a couple weeks later around the same time and again, great great food for this chain. Every other taco bell I've been to had food that was probably half the quality of this. ????????
Showed up at 1250am, online says it closes at 2am. Waited in like for about 15 mins in long line for girl on intercom to say they closed at 1245 cause they are short staffed, only doing pickup orders from orders before 12:45 ……..
I mean... It's taco bell. But I came here to rave about Joy! Her name suits her 100%. She provided service with a smile and the best attitude! I had been traveling for 7 days at this point, 2 by plane and 5 in the car - I was exhausted and irritable. But Joy not only lifted my spirits she impressed my husband and that's a difficult task! Her outlook on serving others is unmatched! If I wasn't sold on moving to the area I certainly am now! She "restored our faith in society" as my husband said! He left her a review on the receipts survey, he never does that. I have mentioned her so many times that I knew I had to brag about her here!
Absolutely disgusting I found a cluster of false lashing in my taco I notice one of the worker had on long and thick fake lashes. This is unsatisfactory and disgusting I will be calling cooperate tomorrowUpdate I called the location and The people I spoke with laughed and immediately accused me of lying multiple people at this location wear false lashes this a Heath code violation
If I could give 0 stars I would but i’ll give it a 1. The females who work here are very unprofessional. I made a complaint about what i’ve seen in my food and as I was on hold I heard them all in the background talking very disrespectfully about me as if I couldn’t hear them. I will be calling corporate about this tomorrow!
