Can't stand a place that starts 'counting' the number of onions, peppers and other veggies on my sandwich. They have a new boy there that does that and not only does it make the line move REALLY slow, it just makes you feel that you can't even get the sandwich you're paying for the way you want it.Also, the last time I was in there I had a subway coupon. The Chinese woman after scanning the code, she apparently did something wrong and the coupon wouldn't take. She just looked at me and said 'it won't take, so...' and just stared at me like I was supposed to just leave my 2 footlong subs there and just say ok and walk out...So....I just stared at her back and for like---a good 15 seconds, we just had a "stare down" because the coupon was valid, it was from Subway and the code was scannable, so they needed to figure out what the issue was.I finally told her to call her manager to find out why it was not working and then all of a sudden, she pushed a button on her register and it 'conveniently took'. I paid, got my sandwiches and left.

I had a good dining experience there

The last few times I've gone in, service has been awful. This last time was the kicker. I'm fine with people being new and taking longer than usual cause they're still learning, but the man who did my three sandwiches was quite clearly taking his sweet time. He was slow to pick up every single ingredient, to the point that his co-worker was visibly irritated when she was serving customers behind me faster than he could finish even part single sandwich. He got my BMTs done with the salami & pepperoni, then nearly forgot it also requires ham, and -I- was the one that had to point that out. I am not returning to this location again.

Closed 20 minutes early on Saturday 26th of February. Employee would not even look my way when trying to get attention.

This particular location is amazing! Very clean and great customer service not to mention fresh ingredients!

This subway is not operating properly. I work next to this subway and it’s convenient for my colleagues and I. Every time I go in there, the lady is screaming, “ We don’t have any bread!” I’m sick of it! I was in there today trying to get a simple 6 inch ham sub for my daughter to take on her band trip, and the lady, like always was screaming “We don’t have any bread!” Then she began making 2 online orders and I asked her to please make my sandwich so that we could leave because NOBODY was in there to pick up an “online” order and I was in there in that moment! She made me wait and it took her a minute to make that simple sandwich and those “online” orders were still there waiting to be picked up. Just very disappointed in the level of service at this location every time I go in there.

The best subway in Douglasville by far. Everything just looks fresh and taste good. My only problem I had today when I went to order a sub the lady was not wearing a mask. If you are talking over food that is in an open area should be mandated to wear mask. This is for all restaurants. So I had to give a 4 star when truest they deserve 5. Please mask up ? Shaun has always been professional and efficient. He is the only person that o know that greets everyone when they walk in. Kudos Shaun this is what service should be look like.

Absolutely terrible and wasn’t allowed refund. Asked for multigrain bread as it is the only bread I eat, any other messes with my stomach. Was given white bread instead, asked for the cold cut combo and it only had ham also didn’t have the cheese I asked for on it at all. And due to it being a pickup the drink was placed in the bag with the sand which so the entire sandwich was soggy and cold. Complete waste of money I HIGHLY recommend NOT coming here. EVER maybe if there’s anyone who actually has decent work ethic but obviously nobody there does

5/6/2021, The worst customer service..Walked in the door, no one greeted me..waited for my order to be taken for 2 to 3 minutes while there were 3 people working and again no one acknowledged me, Finally I asked if if someone could take my order..one of the employees looked like it wasn't her job, the other still didn't look up and the 3rd act as if I was disturbing her..I decided to spend my money somewhere eles, as she mouth something under her breath..mind you there wasn'tany customer in front of me..definitely me and all mines won't be back..it's too many food options for me to put up with terrible customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Every time I come here there is an issue. I went tonight to grab sandwiches for dinner, my son and I asked for Italian bread and the young lady was obviously not happy to be at work. Her name was Lenayda (sp). I had to ask for fresh food. I don't know who owns this subway they need to change the way the staff is treated.
