This review is from a recent experience this past week last week. I went to get my fiance something to eat. I ordered it in the drive-through. I ordered it wrong and the restaurant was kind enough to remake it but they did not remake it the way I ordered it. I ordered 2 fresco melts I did not know they had sauce on them which is what I forgot to take off, But I ordered it with extra meat that it's on my receipt.. So when the restaurant remaid my sandwiches with no sauce they wanted to argue with me about my extra meat. Yes there's 2 patties on the sandwich that I paid for more is made for more. I had never ordered the sandwich ever . I did not approve of the cook coming off and catching an attitude with me over the sandwich that I paid $20 for. I even gave my receipt to them them. The phone number is disconnected so you can't even call the restaurant and I was brought and I wasn't coming back a 4th time For somebody to spit in my fiance food.
Not impressed with this location. My mom and I decided to try hoping for something different. Was not impressed. Descriptions and images sure dont match the food delivered. Quality was low at best. Staff where mediocre in customer service. When shown respect and even told "thank you" the guy at the window could not even fake a "welcome" back. Won't be back to this location.
This place was fantastic when they first opened after a while service went down hill I would wait an hour just to get a drink Covid had their dining room shut down drive through took to long. Now that dining room is back open the drive thru is fairly quick food is always hot, shakes are great, and great customer service with great attitudes
Got there 15 before lobby closing time the gentlemen was very polite and food was fresh and hot. finished alil after lobby closing time was not rushed or felt rushed at all. Had a nice time
Super friendly guy at the drive-thru. My double steak burger was hot and fresh. The fries could have been warmer but still delicious. I'll definitely be back.
I always seem to get skimmed on my fries , or they be too too crispy , they already skinny ! And why is the kiddie hamburger the same as the regular hamburger meal ... can yall upgrade the fry on that ?! I always get the kiddie hamburger and add cheese cause it ends up being the same but the fry size is the same ... why ?
Always the best shakes and the food is never a disappointment. Easy step up from conventional fast food.
Don't get frustrated with wait times right now; the entire service industry is short staffed. Be nice.The food here is always great.
The worst , the workers are slow and have the nerve to have an attitude , there's still no dinning in which is fine but you would think with just operating a drive thru they would be happy and faster smh this location is truly disappointing
