I hate Starbucks, but my wife likes it so I buy her favorite drink here on occasion and they are always friendly, welcoming and quick.
As a long time Hilton Honors member travelling for work, this has been one of the better properties I have stayed at. They give me maximum points. No tricks (like breakfast I thought was free but actually costed me a bunch of points). Good help from the staff. Very friendly.
This location could use more help. Kudos to the limited staff for hanging in there and getting it done! I had the best Matcha ever from here.
My pieces in my mango dragonfruits seem to be old.
My wife and I go to Starbucks on a daily basis at multiple locations. She goes to the Chapel Hill location all the time. Today we got the worst service EVER! An employee was screaming at another employee because we sent 2 of our drinks back because they were wrong!! They still didn’t make it right but whatever. Employees need to learn how to make drinks correctly the first time!!!
Ok I know that time or kind of tuff right now but if I ask for a Sausage egg and cheese scrambler, I expect to get at least a full bowl of grits Now they have cut the size of the bowl in half, And on top of that they only give you half a bowl of the bowl that they cut in half, But yet still charging you the same full price as the Bowl that used to be twice this size.???

So apparently they don’t notify the app or the site when they are closing early. It’s literally a small box and 3 people there but they said they are short staff. I’ve been there before and it’s been 2 people so how is it short staff with 3 workers. They don’t honor what’s on the app and they are rude. Not to mention they are in Kroger’s and the manager said they were open yet when I got there they were arguing me down that the app and manager were wrong.
Good coffee but pricier than I remember.
Always busy, but they always get it right!
