Demarco, Demario whichever his name is took my order today and completely ruined it. I ordered the sonic toaster no tomato and received multiple tomatoes and my burger is completely missing my onion ring. Which is my favorite. I ordered a large chili cheese TOT and recieved chili fries... Also I had ordered a cookie dough blast and received some sort crunchy candy blast. I'm so upset???? this burger is horrible and dry and I'm afraid to go ask him to remake my food in fear of what he might do to my new meal. I do not know if I will be coming back.
Since I was younger we always went to Sonic’s for the carhop experience. Been there twice and was told drive-thru only! The young lady taking orders told us to hold on but no one was in their drive-thru, then made us repeat everything multiple times. Husband and I were eager to try the pickle fries to which we had no dipping sauce or napkins.. The lady that was taking our order and all the crew was just standing around talking. This Sonic’s is probably one of the worst I’ve visited. Come on we can do better!! Not to mention my Oreo shake has no Oreos
This is my second time having a problem with my order. My order was supposed to have fries with it and when i checked my food there was no fries, I told a manager about it and she said she would either let me get a refund OR give me a free gift card so that i could get something free my next visit. I said okay that's fine and I sat in a stall for about 20 minutes and she never came back out to my car with the card, instead she started to close the restaurant and walk past my car as if she didnt see me. After that I left. Today I bought 2 fidge sundaes and a oreo blast. The ice cream was gritty for some reason and I'm not sure why but i couldnt even finish my ice cream and neither could my mom or sister because it was gritty. Also my blast only had hardly a scoop or oreos in it, it was 99% ice cream and 1 % oreo.
Fast food should be fast. It should not take 30 mins and be full of excuses. I had to demand a refund and still wasn’t given any food. I don’t care if new people are training, it shouldn’t increase the wait time by 30 minutes.
Honestly the slowest place I have ever been to. I went to a carhop first and they told me they were only doing drive though … yet there were at least 6 other cars at a carhop station. So i get onto drive through and I have been sitting here for 25+ minutes and currently still waiting in the line. It would be a shame if my food was below average for this long of a wait. I could have went and sat down and ate at a dine in restaurant faster than this. Horrible. 0/10
Yesterday morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I get home and discover ALL the bacon on my sandwich was BURNT!.I can't believe they would serve this to a customer. Terrible!
Well I'm going to have to change my review I've given him an awesome review the last time but when I have to sit for over a half way on a Coney footlong chili cheese dog with tater tots and a medium root beer this is absolutely ridiculous I could have drove to the varsity and back in fact my husband is on his way home from coming and it's going to beat me home come on guys there's no reason that it should take this long none at all. Finally Google maps showed me pulling up here at 3:31 which I promptly pulled into a stall and place my order at 4:21 I finally got my Coney cheese dog and tater tots and root beer 50 repeat 50 minutes to get a number seven very very sad I know everybody not just Sonic but everybody's shortstaff but 50 minutes to wait on food is ridiculous
Very slow, takes a long time to receive order. Please check your order with the person still there. Do not let them leave. Otherwise you will spend another 10 mins waiting to til them your order is wrong.
I'm giving 5 stars because we pulled up just minutes before closing and our food was made fresh. It hit the spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Sonic the workers make an effort in making your stuff right they're great strawberry milkshakes that's why I love Sonic's
