Awful awful awful food. I threw it away after one bite because I couldn’t eat it. They were out of just about everything but I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Normally they have a slight kick but not extreme. They put SO much hot sauce on there that I couldn’t eat it. I would rather eat a habanero pepper than that sandwich. My husband ordered a regular fish sandwich and they had it dripping in hot sauce too. We threw it all away and went next door.
They got every single part of the order wrong except for the two drinks. The food that was given, even though it was wrong to begin with was some of the worst chicken. It tasted like it had been fried with dirt and even if you took all the fried parts off the chicken inside was dry. Tried to call the store to discuss the problems but no one answered the phone. They were also out of all dipping sauces except for bbq. I have had small issues with orders from this store before but to get 98% of the order wrong and to serve what they did made it so I won’t be back.
The worst Popeyes with the rudest staff. I visited this location and i sat in line for 30 minutes. I get to the drive thru box at exactly 1030 the employee said we’re closed. I don’t see how when they supposed to close at 11. I asked for corporate’s number she was like i don’t know it you have to google it. I’m like where’s the manager and she said I am the manager with the nastiest attitude. My thing is you know what you signed up for before you took the job. So if you don’t like the fast paced business you should consider finding a new job where you enjoy servicing people. Not the customers fault you’re short staffed or having a long day. They need better communication
Always always a long line for the drive-thru but they do do an excellent job of getting people out as fast as they can you still have you know better way because some foods may require some extra cooking like if you get their shrimp right now but the food is always been good and overall very good service
We have been in line for 1 hour on 3/21 already ordered and still waiting. The white car has already given her food back due to the mistakes being made. The guy working the cash register has been in no hurry to help the process go any faster. He has been standing there just about the whole time
This Popeyes location is first in a bad spot…Secondly, it’s March 20,2022 and Covid is no longer a threat for this business to have their doors locked. You have workers sitting in the inside “eating”, but your drive thru lines are way down Highway -5! Seems to me you are making an excuse to have the doors locked because you are lazy and don’t want to WORK!
I bought the worst takeout chicken meal from this location that I have ever had. The chicken was dry and rubbery, had no flavor and was cooked very hard. The coleslaw looked old and had no fresh taste. The biscuits were also hard. The only thing that was good was the honey, and I think that was only because it was in a packet. I will never order from this location again. And for the money I had to be pay for the meal this was especially upsetting.
Line is always long- not sure if they’re understaffed or receive high volumes of never ending customers but the inside should be open. Corporate needs to redesign the drive-thru and analyze their daily output, because I’m sure they serve over 1,000 customers per day at this particular location.Judging by the now hiring sign and one person taking orders/making them, more staff are needed which means they need to be paid a livable wage. They desperately need two lanes for pretty much every location in Douglasville. Never returning Popeyes again due to cooperate being greedy and cheap. It’s sad but not surprising all fast food places in Atlanta seem to be faster than ones in this area.
Ordered fish sandwich and there was no pickles on it. Wasn’t going back to sit in the long line for pickles. Next time I’ll be holding the line up at the window checking my food before I pull off.
The food is always good I don't live in Douglas Georgia but every time I come I come here and the young man that works first shift and the drive through is great very nice and my food is always right nothing is ever missing
