COMPLETE DISASTER OF A POPEYES, Food was ready too fast, I knew something wasn't right. Check the food when I get home. Chicken looked like it was made about 5 hours too early. Not crispy at all. Looked under cooked. Didn't eat it. The chicken sandwich was a complete disaster as well. See pic below. Burnt bread. Old dry pickles. Complete trash. Not to mention the worker at the window hating her job and taking it out on me. Slammed the window in my face even after I let her KEEP the change. I cannot believe the MANAGER would allow this to happen. Clearly has ZERO regard for food safety and customer satisfaction. In what world would you make poultry hours before its served? This food is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I bet they wouldn't like eating it! Wasn't cheap either. 20 bucks for trash! Do not go to this place, go to highway 5. I will be contacting the regional manager and or corporate about this. I understand kids need jobs, but the attitude and lack of respect shouldn't be an issue a paying customer has to deal with!
I will never attempt to eat from this establishment again. I ordered and PAID online. I got to the restaurant at 9:30pm. After sitting at the speaker in the drive thru for 5+ minutes watching the "employees" in the window just ahead not working, I pulled forward. A "gentleman" stuck his head out the window saying, "we closed". I replied "you have already taken my money and what time do you close?" As I should not have been able to successfully place my order to a closed establishment. After appearing to converse with other employees, he mumbled something unintelligible. I replied, "excuse me?" Again, he mumbled while leaning on the drive thru window. I replied again, "EXCUSE ME? I'M SORRY I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING" He did the same thing a third time, only this time, I was able to make out his words. He said "we ain't got no food" Just to be clear, I said "you do not have any food?" He threw his hand behind him motioning to where cooked orders would go "yeah we ain't got no food". Again, let me remind you, I placed my order and paid for my order. And the restaurant was open. Or should have been. This is the third experience I've had since arriving in Douglasville at several establishments. It's unfortunate that this is permitted. They clearly were not concerned about the community or the brand they are entrusted to represent. Very disappointed with my experience here.
I placed and order today at the Fair burn Rd in Douglasville, GA 30134 location and I order a 2 piece dark meat with fries n biscuit large with a sprite soda also nugget combo small with comes with fries biscuit and a and a sm soda and 3 chocolate chip cookies. Both meals were missing the drink and cookies. I called the location several times to inform them of mistake but no answer.
I Write reviews based on services rendered and I’m always fair. The first thing the girl said when I pulled up to the drive-in was “Popeyes” as if she hated her job. It gave me pause because I kept thinking to myself, where’s the welcome or a simple hello? Also she spoke over me with the wrong information. After sitting in line for 45 seconds I thought back on my last DoorDash order from Popeyes and decided to pull away. The last order was nasty and tasted like the chicken was soaked in water before frying. Yes water logged! After careful consideration I decided to spend my precious funds someplace that would appreciate my service. Besides, I’m almost certain my order would have been incorrect! Church’s chicken it was and it was awesome! Go to this Popeyes if you’re ok with poor service and water logged chicken. As for me it’s Church’s here on out!
I ordered th $6 box. All I got was 2 pieces if old chicken one piece the meat was black under the skin and I got sides. No biscuit, No chicken strips.
Didn't have any sandwiches because the fryers were down. But they had strips! Wonder how old they were. How even??
Always a very busy place, long waiting line but moves fairly fast. That's because the food is always good, fresh, and hot -- no complaints. They're always apologizing for the wait but all staff very friendly and accommodating. Been using this restaurant for years; ever since they opened. My favorite chicken place!!
Took us 20 minutes to get through the line, even though there were only 2 people ahead of us in the drive thru. They got our order wrong; food was bland.
Went to Popeyes today and the intercom was not working well. I advised the employee but he disregarded my comment. I asked if I could receive my order fresh out the fryer as it was a large order. He rudely proceeded to advise that they were so busy everything was fresh. I asked for the price and he had another rude response. His attitude was uncalled for and definitely unwarranted.I will never return to this location. I understand that this is fast food but there is absolutely no reason for this man to be so rude to his customers. I canceled my order and went to another Popeyes. It cost nothing to be polite to your customers. Please consider re-training this individual because he will surely cost this location a lot of customers. If you don’t mind dealing with rude employees by all means visit this location.
This location is definitely busy and booming! I waited for about 20 minutes to get my food from the time I started in the line! They were unfortunately out of Mac and cheese but it's fine the food was still good!
