I would like to give a shout out to Pizza Hut on Fairburn Road. This afternoon a party of 20 plus people gathered there to celebrate a special occasion. They received us with open arms. It has been years since I’ve eaten at that location. The dining room is completely renovated and looks amazing! The staff was great, prices were reasonable and the manager on duty (Rob, I think his name was) made certain that we had everything we needed! It was a nice place to gather with family and few people know that they’ve renovated their dining room. It’s a nice dining option.

The pizza was excellent as well as the service. The employees were really pleasant.
Worst pizza I have EVER HAD. Called and apparently spoke to someone from an online service which I thought was weird. It wasn’t ordered from the store. Pizza was gonna be like 75 to 85 mins so we said why not bc Me & My family just arrived at a hotel for the night after driving from Myrtle beach to douglasville, GA. We were very hungry and were hoping to enjoy a nice warm pizza before we got up the next morning to head back on the road. Instead we ate a some not many pieces as it came with more than half the cheese inside the top part of box, the slices were over lapping as of they were thrown on top of each other, it wasn’t hot it looked nasty and underneath was soggy. ? Well done PIZZA HUT ON FAIRBURN RD. Douglasville Ga?
Consistency! This visit on 1/4/22 was awesome. The pizza was nice and hot and expertly made. This is not always the case. I love this location but its hit or miss sometimes, at least for me
The food was delicious, hot and ready when I arrived. Best Service.
My order was very late arriving. It was dried out from being out do long after being prepared.
First of all, the pizza was dry and the crust taste funny. The bread sticks were hard overall it was just a bad meal.
I received the wrong order, then the replacement order forgot my 2 liter. Pizza was cold and was not pizza supreme
I ordered 2 pizzas from them via their telephone services. When the driver brought the pizza it was completely over cooked, thin crust (I ordered hand tossed), pepperoni was burnt and curled up to the tenth power!!! They gave me a store credit but this time I picked it up and it was the same as the first pizzas I order! This time it was suppose to be meat lovers . I’m an floored and I had to drive back up their to pick it up except the manager told me to bring the pizzas back (husband had already ate a slice out of one) so she replaced one pizza and gave me half off the other one. Pepperoni was still curled up like crispy and burnt and I am still not satisfied! I’m calling corporate on Monday and will be eating from Domino’s from now on.Take a look at the pic, totally over cooked!!
